He had the makings of a great fighter though, such a shame. Yeah the bloke was a total dick, looks like he managed to convince him that he could coach boxing when he obviously didn't have a clue, and Don King is clean off, walked in promoting Gerald McLennan and walked out promoting nigel benn! Mad!

Mad! To be honest, always liked Don King, its that sort of attitude that always made me like him. I know he is a horrible human being, a top top scum bag. But as Nigel Benn says "he walked in with the champ, he walked out with the champ". For the sake of boxing, i wish he would have took more care of Mike Tyson. Laughed at the Inbetweeners last night. The film or the series?

I was a bit surprised to see a big 12 inch cock swinging about from the 'self falatio' scene though without warning. How did they manage to do that with a certificate '15' ? smeghead1
Last night I watched Fight Of Our Lives, about Nigel Benn vs Gerald McCelland. Made some very tough watching, as a bit of a Boxing fan it wasn't nice and a big reminder of how dangerous it can be. Very interesting though. Just watched a documentary about Michael Watson on Sky Anytime its brilliant that bloke was a hero of mine, behind Nigel Benn of course. The fact that hes completed a full marathon and does a massive ammount of charity work just shows how amazing he is as a person. He was expected to die never mind walk again and to see him now, really worth a watch.
Mogsy
Watched 'step brothers' last night on channel five, it has got to be the most childish, dull, stupid film ever, and I absoultly loved it!!!! Laughed my head of all the way through. Ahh the Silly season has started! Edited December 20, 2011 by mogsy
Everton_Worshiper
Anyone watching Terra Nova? Only got the last 2 episodes left to watch, being aired on boxing day.
MikeO
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b018nn7l/A_Night_with_the_Stars/ This was interesting....at least it probably would have been if I'd understood a word of it . My great grandfather lectured in that very place...he was a clever b'stard....don't know what happened to the family "cleverness," so much for genetics . Louis
I watched it Mike, I found it a bit boring to be honest. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is on at 8am tomorrow.. get it recorded
holystove
Homeland. -- Centers on Marine Sergeant Nicholas Brody, who returns home eight years after going missing in Iraq, and Carrie Mathison, a driven (and possibly unstable) CIA officer who suspects he might be plotting an attack on America. Really intense, great show. Damien Lewis (Band of Brothers) is the lead actor. Definitely one of the best things of 2011, together with season 4 of Breaking Bad. Romey 1878
The Bourne Ultimatum.... Looking forward to the final film being released in the Summer!!! Avinalaff
Not even going to bother with it seeing as it doesn't have, er, Bourne in it. Say what? Are they using a different actor? Some of my favourite films.
Louis
Jason Bourne is not in it, the film is about a new CIA agent but is based on one of the Bourne books, as far as I know. It seems to be the aftermath of David Webb's activities so it's called the Bourne Legacy. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1194173/ I'm watching a documentary about Marion Jones.. Dalziel Kane
Is this like last movie you watched or something? Well, I saw Star Trek V about an hour ago so I guess it goes here Original cast still in it, quite a recent film actually, some half brother of Spock steals the Enterprise and goes off to search for God Second one was the best of the series 'Wrath of Khan' - don't waste time with any after that, including this
smeghead1
The Bourne Ultimatum.... Love those films id even go as far as to say Matt Damon is good in them and boy can he NOT act! The fight scenes and car chases make them a proper blokes films.
Avinalaff
I watched 'Slumdog Millionaire' last night. Thought it was very good. Same guy who wrote Train Spotting. Gonna watch either 'sunshine' by the same guy, or Sherlock Holmes in few mins.
