Droobie
CCleaner, Spybot, AdAaware and AVG seem to keep my nose clean. That and not visiting dodgy sites in the first place and downloading stuff that leaves you open to spyware!

OwensTopBananas
i use adaware, and spybot, and use firefox with a few security plugins, i 'invested' in this software http://www.download.com/Spyware-Doctor/300...63.html?tag=pop the full version, hence 'invested' and it found over 100 potential problems on my pc that adaware, spybot and mcafee had missed. Well worth your time, investigating this product.

Pat
As an Anti Virus...I ahve been using AVG for around 3 Yrs now...& only have parise for Grisoft, their regular updates & the all round strength of this software. Lil ideosync..Win ace ..their are a cple of dll fiels in win ace that AVG pix upa s a Trojan. Either ignore, or get rid & use something more powerfull like extraxt now. I went that way to keep AVG happy...& also found that some dloaded .rar files win ace couldnt completely deal weth are no probs 4 extract now. ex...Black eyed peas - Monkey Businees...Win ace would extract the .rar..& leave you with 1 or 2 song's..Extract now extarcted & split np's every tune.
