Boston Toffee
Im fine with the point. Players were so gassed at end. I thought it was Keanes best of season..another decent effort for Young and i liked Garners effort. Lets get healthy and move on.

RuffRob
Happy enough with a point, especially given Gordon's saved penalty cost Newcastle a win. just makes a O-0 draw a little more palatable. also a clean sheet is sign then defensive moving in the right direction, and a make shift defense at that. barryj
What a terrible combination of officials we were given today. Can’t say I’m surprised at the end talking about them having denied us a clear penalty. Don’t think we deserved the win but that irrelevant when you see their complete incompetence. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but these crackpot decisions make it half hard not to be.

Wiggytop
Happy to walk away with a point tonight, it was end to end stuff on a few occasions, either team could have taken all three points with better finishing. 3 games unbeaten, shame we did throw those 2 leads away. chicagoblue and Romey 1878
Romey 1878
All I can think about is the disgraceful performance from the ref all game but, in particular, the penalty non-decision. I cannot understand how he didn't give that. Craig Pawson definitely has a problem with us - it's not the first time he's blatantly fucked us over and I'm positive it will not be the last time either. And then VAR agrees with him and says it's not a penalty. I'm absolutely raging about it. What the fuck is VAR for if it's not saying he's got that wrong, it's a clear and obvious error and that's exactly when it's supposed to step in! Btay
Would have taken a point before the game so I’m not overly upset with the result, plus a clean sheet. Tarks is seriously lucky Pickford bailed him out. One of the most baffling moments I have seen, especially from a leader amongst the squad. Keane played well bar his early moment. I feel we could have gone on a bit more in the last 20 but once Doucoure went to the middle we lost any attacking threat. I thought maybe Lindstrøm & Ndiaye could have been threats out wide when the game opened up. DCL should have buried his chance before the penalty claim & Gana missed a sitter. Shambles it wasn’t a penalty though, 100% given if it was against us as well. Positive mood going in to the international break & some favourable fixtures ahead.
