RuffRob
I had Gueye in the back of my mind as a potential loan if PSG actually went for Ndombele. Gueye in our current squad for the next 5 months wouldn't go a miss. Matt, StevO, dunlopp9987 and 1 other

Obviously we couldn't stand in his way, but what a player. Just a shame that there's a few on here with a weird agenda against him, so will probably cause a keyboard or two to get hammered when he signs. RuffRob
maybe opinions have mellowed a bit given the level of much of the performances we see since he moved on. Lets just say I would rather Gueye around the squad in place of Delph as back up. MikeO and dunlopp9987

FairWooney
I remember how much stick Gueye used to get for his lack of footballing ability. Allan gets a lot of stick but for me he both gets around getting the challenges in and has much better ability on the ball. Gueye probably better at winning the ball but often got accused of being a headless chicken! would Allan then be benched for Gueye? Doucoure, donny and Gueye in midfield when all fit? obviously depends how Donny gets on though I guess where you need more defensive strength in a Game you could have Gueye sat behind Allan and Doucoure. It’ll be interesting to see how the attackers fit in as all 4 are tough to drop.

c1982
I’ve just seen someone allude to Ancelotti doing Lampard a favour and sending a loan or 2 our way - could just be something that sounds romantic enough to be true but actually… Romey 1878 and StevO

Once Doucoure is out its all a bit one paced so having players who can come in and out without weakening us it will be great. The lack of quality on the ball with Doucoure and Gueye would be pretty awful though! StevO
