Quinn31
http://www.evertonfc.com/news/2017/11/23/everton-exchanges-contracts-to-lease-land-at-bramley-moore-dock Quote Everton Stadium Development Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everton Football Club) and Peel Land and Property (Ports) Limited have formally signed an agreement for the Club to lease land at Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool Waters. The lease, which is conditional upon gaining planning consent for the proposed new stadium and securing funding for its construction, will run for a period of 200 years at a peppercorn rent. The signing of the agreement is a significant milestone in the project and means Everton effectively now controls the land upon which a new stadium would be built. This follows several years of searching for a new site and is the culmination of an exhaustive search across the city. Swarzy
Bet Moshiri is wishing he could drown Walsh and a number of players we've got in the dock. He must feel like he's been had off in a big way right now.

Swarzy
Wonder if the investors are getting a little nervous? Pretty sure the attraction of the premier league is one of the main reasons they are putting their hands in their pockets. Wouldn't be surprised if they've got an excuse lined up for the deal collapsing, just incase relegation becomes a possibility. Or, do we think the stadium will happen regardless of our status? What will happen to Everton's new stadium plan if the club are relegated?http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/what-happen-evertons-new-stadium-13966802 Quote Mayor Anderson said: “The situation from my point of view regarding the stadium is about how we can help ourselves and Everton Football Club at the same time. “We will only do that if it is right for Liverpool City Council. “Even if we do go down, the fans will always be there. “It wouldn’t be great or ideal, but it shouldn’t interfere in the final deal, if it does happen its upto Everton to meet that challenge. “The deal that we are talking about will be financially beneficial for the city. “We are still in discussions but we are having a positive dialogue with them and things are going well.” Matt
