StevO
There is a photo of a document with a list of groundworks on the Bramley Moore site. Looks like part of a planning application. I can't upload on my phone but I'll get it on here from my computer on Monday.

Paddock
£200m?!That's just for the backfill of the dock and infrastructure Apparently Edited January 29, 2017 by Paddock
StevO
Nothing on there says about the actual stadium build does it? You can put another £300m on that for the stadium.  Remember when Bill wanted to spend about £80m on Tescos money on a stadium. How times have changed. Paddock
Someone on Twitter (I know hardly gospel but still) says that's the proce to back fill the dock prep the land and put the foundations in and it's gonna be close to another 500 mil for stadium. Shy_Talk
Land in Liverpool aint land in London, and didn't they develop Highbury into classy apartments to offset some of the cost?
Newty82
Land in Liverpool aint land in London, and didn't they develop Highbury into classy apartments to offset some of the cost? I'm thinking along the lines of the whole package...strength of pound, cost of materials (steel mainly). Â Arsenal were able to sell off Highbury yes, we won't have quite the same luxury. Â It's going to be an expensive gig!!!
Hafnia
Land fill etc will pay for itself surely. Â Etc the stadium sponsored.... net cost won't be that bad... cheap steel too.

Problem is the tight fisted fans wouldn't want to pay for it! Â I'm not sure what would happen to Goodison. Some sort of community project? London Blue
Good question. I've wondered the same. I thought they said they were going to use it for a community space for Everton in the community. Matt

So does that mean the demolish the stadium and use the space to build something new or repurpose goodison?
