Goodison Glory
I think this has been the plan all along. I think Dyche knows there's a risk he might reinjure himself and wanted to get him in the squad for this run of 3-4 fixtures rather than be around for seemingly tougher fixtures. I'm assuming what I've heard is true tbf, and unless he's had another setback (not unlikely) then you'd expect him to be in this squad after him starting training with the team the day before the United game. Fingers crossed he is because it will give us a massive boost. StevO and London Blue 1

c1982
Fulham - we should be winning with or without Dom so hopefully we can manage his minutes initially because Palace, Newcastle, Wolves, Leicester - these are the games where I see Calvert-Lewin making the biggest difference. Shukes
Will be great to see him back. But he also needs time to get up to speed again. Though Fulham are on a bad run at the moment, they are still a much better team than us. So o wouldn’t take these lightly. I’m expecting Dom to come of the bench just for minutes more than anything else. Matt, Palfy and Wiggytop

I’ve got a feeling he will be on top physical fitness, just a bit of rust on the ball etc. I think he will get last 30 minutes. Romey 1878
Apparently he's playing in a behind closed doors game tomorrow. Everyone will be shitting themselves waiting to hear how that goes .

Heath
I'm hoping DCL makes an appearance against Palace and remains fit for the rest of the season. Not saying he's some sort of saviour, but he would give us something else to work with and broaden our options.

Hoof_It_Nev
65 minutes unscathed apparently. "Despite the Everton team also featuring the likes of Conor Coady, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Yerry Mina, they were beaten 1-0 by sixth-tier Chester." Heath
Hopefully, DCL came through the game without any issues. I'm not placing any importance on the result as this was just another step on the road to getting DCL back playing first-team football for us. Would be good to see him getting some game time against Palace, if possible.

Hafnia
how do we know what the score was? lots of mischief going around. Chester will have been like 110% committed and we have players just trying to get minutes without getting injured.

Wiggytop
I’m not arsed about the score at Chester, it’s the ones in the PL that concern me, along with hopefully getting DCL towards match fitness as he changes the dynamic of the way we play, for the good that is BTW. Formby
Anyone think he'll actually play? Make the bench? Start and break down after ten minutes? Start, score a brace, and become a hero? Come off the bench at 75 mins and break down ten minutes later?

Shukes
I think Dyche has done what so many should have done before him. Tell everyone to fuck off until the player is ready to come back. Don’t rush into bringing someone back because we need points. He has thought of the bigger picture and got him fit and ready for the run in.
