Romey 1878
small mentality Iceland finish above Portugal and actually win a game. Fuck off, Cristiano, you arrogant arse wipe.

Mirallas
I am so happy with Iceland going through Even after the past 3 years, people still keep underestimating them. I did think they'd go through though for that exact reason (proof @ fantasy euro 2016 topic ) who knows what they'll do now.
johnh
Iceland, another 'park the bus' game. We don't appear to have the players or the tactics to sort this problem. A 0 - 0 draw and penalties looks to be our best chance.

And that will be all that matters to him because it's a case of "I love Cristiano, who do you love?" Never mind that the whole team has achieved fuck all, he has and that's important. I've tried so hard to like him a bit more because of all the charity work he's done and he's very generous, but he's a complete and utter wanker in every other way. Mirallas
Damn. Meunier is pretty good, has won all 3 4 duels with Zlatan... and to think this guy is mostly spacefilling on rightback because Belgium ran out of stars. He's on par certainly. Ireland Croatia - Portugal Sunday 26 JuneFrance - Ireland Germany - Slovakia Hungary - Belgium Monday 27 JuneItaly - Spain England - Iceland the red side will provide one team to the finals and blue side will provide the other (have fun, England). holystove
Italy are always winning Group E so they're probably not playing with their best players; they're all focusing on Spain already and I don't think they care much about their last game in Group E. If Ireland beat them tonight, Ireland will advance because at the very least Ireland will be one of the best third place teams. Could be a real chance for them. How expected. Sneaky Italian bastards. MikeO
So it has proven catastrophic not winning the group. England would have virtually been assured to make the final had they won the group. Now they are lumped in the same half as Italy, Germany, France and Spain. Disagree entirely, we're capable of losing to anyone, Iceland included. You want to win a tournament you have to beat the best teat teams in it (not that we will). Delighted for Ireland, Wales and NI, hope we all progress further, Romey 1878
