MC11
Got to stick with Lennon & Cleverley for this. Both have played well enough to earn spots. Btay and dlblue

dlblue
Same side that Beat Newcastle for me. No changes needed unless Rom is injured. Cleverly and Lennon's work rate was one of the factors we won that game, Need the same against Stoke. Strong Bench with Kev back and Geri. chalkpie
If Rom is out, I'd seriously consider moving Ross up top in a false 9 and put Geri in behind him keeping the solidity of Lennon and Cleverley either side. Too logical for RM Plus he didn't think of it...........

Your right of course, but imagine having Kev one side and an inform Lennon the other with Lukaku up top and a confident Barkley behind. Yeah I think Cleverley should be playing alongside one of McCarthy (just back from injury) or Barry (old) while Mirallas starts on the left with Lennon on the right. Gives flexibility with subs, too, as Mirallas can be subbed off for an attacker (hopefully Niasse) or whichever DCM is left out of the starting line-up, depending on the scoreline
Deacs
It seems we say it every week but this is a massive game. We need to do what we haven't done in a long time and win two league games in a row. I honestly believe we can do it this week and that might be the catalyst for a really strong finish to the season. Deacs
i remember the days when we'd say it's stoke away 3 points. but now Hughes has done a fantastic job recruiting and transforming their style. I'd be happy with a draw to be honest. Give the new boy some minutes as well. Robles Coleman Jags Mori Baines McCarthy Barry Gerry Barkley Lennon Lukaku Sub - Niasse for Lukaku at some point Hopefully Lukaku's fit, and I would probably play start TC with Lennon on the right. As much as I love Del I think TC might be a better option to start against Stoke, and then we can unleash Del and Niasse against tired defenders in the 2nd half. I've a good feeling for this one. London Blue
Strange, I would have expected Baines to start. I wonder if Stones is in the squad?

Romey 1878
Strange, I would have expected Baines to start. I wonder if Stones is in the squad? Martinez said he's out for 10 days. You must've missed it.

Romey 1878
Why is baines on the bench? Oviedo's earned the right to keep his place?
markjazzbassist
Oviedo's earned the right to keep his place? Ha Roberto plays favorites he doesn't abide by that. And if he is now its strange it's with baines of all players.
Romey 1878
We haven't won at Stoke in the last 6 attempts. Let's change that today.
jofanon
There aren't many Stoke players I'd have over the ones we already have. We should win but I'm going for a loss as they are a million times more resilient than we are.
Elston Gunnn
I'll hope for a happy day with Everton winning 4-1, Sunderland miracle draw at Liverpool, Watford draw at Spurs, and Southampton draw with WHam. Bingo, 7th.
