London Blue
I thought he was largely anonymous, just couldn't get himself into the game but still worked hard. They are 2 big games for him in the space of a few days. Mentally that will take its toll on him. True but he will learn so much, from this as will the others. Games like this help them to kick on. Bailey
True but he will learn so much, from this as will the others. Games like this help them to kick on. Every player is different, especially between the ears so some maybe need a few days rest and others need a bit of time out of the team. StevO
He's fine in the three with Gana and Morgan, we a great with three runners who can all take the ball.
Paddock
I think he needs a reat personally and has been off the pace for a while. Still got a massive future ahead of him though. Romey 1878
Hafnia
I thought his discipline was superb. Stuck to Carrick like glue - did his job for the team. Impressive. I only picked it up when I watched the full game on repeat. Matt
EFC-Paul
I agree Pad he's looked slightly off the pace of late but does look much more comfortable as Steve says as part of that three At his age being thrown into the mix quite rapidly I've been very impressed with him, we'll see a much more rounded and better player next season
London Blue
I agree young players need to rest and Tom has played allot recently. If Morgan had been fit and McCarthy had not put country before common sense he would have had a rest by now. He will probably play on Sunday as I don't think Barry can play 2 games in a week, but he should get a break at some point.

There's a chance he may play for the U21s (or it may be the U20s) though, as they play earlier in the summer.

Sibdane
"Gareth Barry - who admits to being terrified before his own Premier League debut, which came 59 days before Davies was even born - has spoken about being struck by the teenager's poise." Amazing. Still hard to believe Barry has been around that long.

Romey 1878
Lukaku has played well today. Link up play and duels have been much better. Not sure what that's got to do with Tom Davies like Much better from him today though. I thought he'd been pretty poor for a few games but he was back today. Davies that is. nogs
Fantastic today, hadn't quite been on it last few games I didn't think, but fuck me, to be playing the position he plays in the Premier league week in week out at 18, right in thick of things box to box... I can't think of many who have come in and done so well at 18. Dare I mention a certain former red shite captain?.

He is so cool on the ball and uses his strength so well. He's got a few things what can't be taught in his locker. nutmegwolf203 and markjazzbassist
MC11
Scored a goal? But other than that felt like we were playing with 10 men. Not involved enough for me The interview with Ray Hall pissed me off as well. Basically confirmed these ex players etc shoe horning youngsters into the academies. Both Ashley Williams youngsters playing for City! Edited April 9, 2017 by MC11
c1982
Scored a goal? But other than that felt like we were playing with 10 men. Not involved enough for me Covered more distance than any other player today - thought he was excellent today - his and Gana's energy ahead of Schneiderlin is a major contributor to our current very good form. Shukes
Thought he was excellent today. The amount of times he turned out of a challenge to be facing them head on. His first touch passing is so good for his age. Sibdane

Hafnia
It was a performance of maturity beyond his years Complete team player. His positioning is so good - he learns very quick. That tackle to put Barkley in for his one on one was superb. Didn't stop - always pressing, biting at their ankles. Very very good. Romey 1878
You know a player is doing well when you have red shite fans praising him. I was speaking to a few last night after the game and they were all very impressed with him. MikeO and Lowensda
