He's always been steady but his mistakes usually have cost us which have made him seem a lot worse than he is/was. He's a 5-7/10 per game and occasionally pulls out an important goal. That's why I was banging on about him being 3rd or 4th choice centre back, he fits the bill and he's professional enough to step in and contribute when called upon. Always has been.
