Makis
Crystal Palace is located in London and apparently players rather sign to any shite club located there than to Everton.

c1982
Well he's not going to Schalke then... http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/596274/Newcastle-Everton-Inter-midfielder-Shaqiri-Schalke-snub
Paddock
I'm not convinced on this lad. I think he'll be another Shandy Van the more I read about him and watch this soap opera of his tranfer this summer. Every club interested seems to back off or he thinks he's too good for. Is he really the type of player we're looking for/need?

Ability wise he's a great player who'd be a real coup but there's question marks about his attitude whether it's justified I don't have a clue but he's a player I'd love here if he isn't a bellend

Paddock
It's not just that for me, he's naturally a winger not a number 10 or striker or cb that we're desperate for. If we are in for him genuinally maybe he'll play Mirallas in the 10. I'd love to see Mirallas given an extended run in the 10 behind Lukaku. This lad one wing Geri the other. MC11
I genuinely don't see a Mirallas as a 10 at all. I'd say he would suit being the spearhead over a 10 but in that position he is born offside.... Mirallas is an out and out winger and when happy streets ahead of everyone else at this club in the final third.

He played a full season for Olympiakos there before he came here and finished top scorer I think.

MC11
Ok I'm talking shit.... Just looked. He was deployed as a striker for Olympiakos. Maybe we should actually play him upfront. Edited August 5, 2015 by MC11

I've said a few times on here I'd like to see that happen, if we do end up bringing Lennon back or someone of similar ability I think it would solve a few problems Edited August 5, 2015 by EFC-Paul

Lowensda
I hope the reason behind a loan is so that we can have a look at him first, rather than a lack of money. I think its this. Martinez talks about right attitude a lot and Shaqiri has issues with his, so a try before you buy is best. He could still turn it down like.
