Romey 1878
Matt will probably agree, i'm already half way there. Fuck Matt. Apart from knowing how to drink wine (the big girl) and eat cheese, what does he know? Matt
MikeO
Exactly, Brazil would have then beaten us, same old not winning anything. That Brazil XI was the best team in the history of the game; they scored three or four goals in every game in those finals (having qualified with a 100% record, scoring twenty three and conceding two in six games) apart from against England when they beat us 1-0; and if Jeff Astle hadn't missed the sort of chance that I'd have put away nine times out of ten (and I was ten at the time) it would've been a draw. Now keep this 'king thread on subject please :shaking fist:.
msloan78
Has this kid been confirmed yet? I thought that was part of the hold up on the press conference, as some paperwork was missing for him.

Mirallas
Henen is a youth player and I could imagine that EFC would find it inappropriate to announce a youth player at a press conference. Other youth players don't get that treatment.
msloan78
Not too sure he is a youth player mate. 18 years old, and signing initially for our u21/reserves side, not one of the youth age groups.
StevO
According to some he is already training with us, just not all agreed and signed yet. I think its just formalities, consider it done.

Paddock
Wasn't meant to sound offensive to Henen but with players changing their hair and looks and growing up it's difficult to be sure who is who. Can't change the position of your ears !! I didn't think it was and to be honest I wouldn't be arsed if it was it was just a really funny observation to make. MikeO
Definitely looks like Henen and not Galloway...... COYB Henens ears are low while Galloways are in the normal place. Striker need a lower center of gravity than a defender so it's a good thing . Sibdane and Howardshands
Toffee_in_LA
RM just said that he's training with our U-21's but he still has not signed. Wonder what the hold up is, maybe another 48 hours will clear the situation.

Romey 1878
There's actually nothing sorted if you read the rest of FO's tweets. The deal has been agreed for a couple of weeks as we already knew, and Henen will go back to Anderlecht if the problems between the clubs aren't resolved this week. So no change whatsoever.
