Peter H
Baines/Arteta discussions carried on after final whistle but they hugged it out in the end. Great match
Dalziel Kane
Game over and a massive three points and mighty fine result over one of the leagues heavyweights. Game in hand over todays opposition and said opposition were poor and never looked in it. One of the most memorable games to be involved in this season from this clubs perspective and really couldn't of asked for any more. Let's grab that fourth place now and get back into the champions league. Well done to all involved today.
Popular Post markjazzbassist
best weekend of my life. my son was born (watched the game with me), and everton win 3-0. such a great effort by the lads, baines my MOTM, wonderful passing and movement of the ball up the field, he can be our english Lahm for sure! McCarthy and Barry were spot on and straight up outplayed Arteta and Flamini. Sorry to see Osman go, but happy with Barkley! CMorley91
That was utterly immense, cant remember ever seeing us put in a performance like that in a big game! Shaking here, heart rate through the roof, but couldnt care less. Congrats to every single one of them, and especially Bobby! Naisy dropping deep and pulling the CBs out, Lukaku and Mirallas running into that space was genius! Looked at the team sheet and wasnt too confident. I really have to stop doubting Bobby's selections. markjazzbassist

Newty82
Awesome. Absolutely awesome. Brilliant all round performance. The best bit for me is that if we wanted to we could have stuck another few into them. Now the hard bit...how do you pick a MOTM from that? I've got 3 or 4 names in my head!!!! My son took my grandson to the game (they live in Nottingham). Grandson supports Everton because I do, and have done for 70 years! I had to make do with watching it on my lap-top as I live in Berkshire. What a great game, we have a fantastic squad. markjazzbassist
NYBlue
That went well. Just finished up on Skype with mates back in the UK. The feed was 4 mins behind for them. I almost felt sorry for the Arsenal fan, poor bastard. Some really attractive, fluid football being played. What a great effect Martinez has had on the squad. Great result and I agree Baines was immense today. They couldn't handle the balls he put in front of the defenders, they were scared to touch it. Sideliner
What a great performance - best of the season! Martinez and the lads showed us we can run with the big dogs. Everton did not win by a lucky goal but by a country mile. Goodison rocked and roared for a change - memorable day! Thanks Roberto for getting the squad to give us so much to celebrate. Thankfully vs the mancs (x2) is always a brilliant atmosphere - even better with Citeh being Sat eve! Moyes' return will make Goodison an angry place. Lad you're chatting absolute dog shite. Always moaning, worse than me! Every ground is quiet until there's something to be loud about or it's a big game.
