Shukes
Watched the match and their opponents were very poor. Stones couldn't really do much as they hardly attacked, did wait for a header and gave them an opportunity though. Blame that more on falling asleep due to opposition though. Like played a 7, nothing special but did put in a few decent balls. One of them an excellent delivery across the face of the box that someone should have got on the end off. Didn't see the last 15 mins...match was boring so I went to bed haha. Did it end 0_0? Edited June 12, 2015 by Shukes

Romey 1878
Did anyone watch tonight's game...I watched the second half I wasn't impressed at all. The Echo would agree with you - http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/match-reports/england-0-portugal-1-garbutt-9486153 Baines struggles in games now, so I'm sure he had games when he was 22 that he didn't play in well too. Exactly. All players have quiet games. No big deal this imo.
Paddock
no big deal I know but the fact he's taken so long to decide I will not be disappointed if he goes elsewhere. I think we have more important positions to fill. If we were spending money buying him I would agree but seeing as he is already ours I would prefer to keep him. It would explain why Swansea went out and bought a LB (if the rumoured interest in Luke was true). Paddock
The signing a deal here and a loan to a team in the prem will be ideal for everyone involved imo.
EFC-Paul
Hope so I'd be made up if we managed to keep hold of him he's to much potential to let go and Bournemouth play the kind of football you'd want a LB/Wingback to play good move all round if true

markjazzbassist
If true baines would still be only 31 end of this upcoming campaign when garbutt is seeking to upend him for LB. would we sell baines at that point? Move him to midfield? I guess rm will have to worry about that next offseason.
StevO
I think if this is true then Garbutt will be pushing Baines by then. I don't think we'll see him moving into midfield either. Just slowly become back up to Garbutt.
