Matt
we'll see, hopefully he will want to make up for it Not that I want to win because of a referees incompetence or charity.
Popular Post Romey 1878
The FA must be scared we're going to achieve something this season if they're sending him to Goodison. Hafnia
Closest I have seen to corruption on a pitch was him and collina. I seriously would have had him investigated for match fixing, a ref has more power to affect the outcome than some players (goal keepers aside). The most one sided diusplay of refereeing which surely had more behind it. The most favourable accusation I can make is that he was some sort of Stevie G fanboy, who he had a man crush on. The worst is that he took some payment to ensure Liverpool won.
gethinO
Hate him. As you said, closest thing to corruption I've seen on a football pitch. The man was in huge debt so there was definately something involved. Hope he gets the stick he derserves. Gobshite! Sideliner
Quinn31
Can't believe they're sending him back to Goodison. I can believe and forgive to some degree Martin Atkinson, who made one awful mistake (and rescinded the decision, although it still fucked our derby), but Clattenberg's performance was despicable. gethinO
I still talk to some liverpool fans about that game and the laugh at how biased he was. Don't want him in charge of our game, cheating kopite

I hope as he walks out he gets it I was in Greece and got the kick off time wrong so got to a bar just in time to watch Neville playing goalkeeper.....in retrospect very glad I missed the majority of the game. Sideliner
the only way to stop the Martinez runnaway train is to derail it with secret agent Clattenberg master match fixer of the FA
Hafnia
In all honesty it is going to be very difficult for him to ref this any which way he wants. Any 50/50 decisions that go against us will see the crowd get right onto him Any 50/50 decisions that go in our favour will see him being classed as trying to atone for derby game Do they think fans have short memories? it's going to be a no win situation for him Matt and Romey 1878
weebittight
Clatterburg gets on my tits. Parrot hair cut, clasped handshakes with everyone and inept performances. Definitely on my punch list - just between Gerry Adams and Louis Walsh. Edited December 18, 2013 by weebittight
