Johnsy
Osman out wide looking at that? Would rather have seen Gerard with maybe Kone coming on for him later if he flagged, but happy with the team other than that. Disappointed Remy made it for them though, he's dangerous. Cornish Steve
Replace Osman with Kone or Deulofeu in the second half, and this is a strong team.
GoodisonRoad
Osman on the wing....smh. Debuchy and Ben arfa/gouffran are going to have a field day if we're not carefull
JoeQuince
Maybe it's Barkley on the wing??
Avinalaff
I'm uncomfortable with Osman walking straight back into the team.
CMorley91
Not sure about Osman on the wing... Bar that pretty much as good as we've got. Unless were playing a narrow 4-2-2-2 Howard Coleman Jags Distin Baines McCarthy Barry Barkley Osman Mirallas Lukaku Not sure if it would work, personally think that it would clog the middle, just a thought though
GoodisonRoad
I can see why Osman got the go ahead of Deulofeo because Osman will do the grafting working back that Deulofeo wouldn't but this is a game i would actually play Naismith in because at least he could keep up with their wingers and will get back. Worried about this now. Edited September 30, 2013 by GoodisonRoad

Hafnia
Only doubt is osman, early candidate for "get Gerry on", here we go, coyb. What a ball.... Edited September 30, 2013 by Hafnia
rubecula
Should be a good game, probably a tough one too. However for the first time since the 1980's I am starting to think NO to expect, a win before the start

Shukes
Great play. Great goal! We have started playing the ball fast tonight, quick passing and Newcastle can't handle it.
Mirallas
such a typical Lukaku goal btw. Physically beating defense, and then just a tap in. Quinn31
Quinn31
YAY nice to see a great Belgian effort You know, Belgians have done quite well for us it seems. However, I'm going to start screaming my head off every time Howard makes a save.
Shukes
Great effort Barkley! Lovely strike and unlucky not to get on target.

Quinn31
Baines was sloppy there. Unusually reckless from him. Also, Martin Tyler just gave a shout out to Distin, saying he's been a top class player for years, and is shocked that he never earned a French callup. badaids
Newcastle's defence and midfield look astonishingly gash... but we need to take advantage, their attack looks pretty unpredictable and lively
Shukes
Strong run Coleman! That's what we like to see.
badaids
coleman beasted it then, and the two newcastle cheats were all over him, but he didn't go down AND still beat them.
Sibdane
I can listen to it until 2:30 my time, and it sounds like we're playing some great football!
badaids
good to see that some of the players that have had a dodgy start to the season are looking perky. coleman, ossie...
