Avinalaff
Which outfield are must be strengthened as a priority? We need a goalkeeper regardless what happens, possibly somebody like Joel etc, but what of our outfield players? We have just 4 senior midfielders now that Hitz and Nev are gone, leaving just Osman, Pienaar, Fellaini, and Gibson, with only Barkley, Junior, and Kennedy in the wings. Naisy and Super Kev are strikers if we're picky, and Oviedo is a left back. Striker wise, we can choose from Vic, Jelly, Kev, Naisy, Vellios, Gueye, and Macaleny if necessary. We could lose Fellaini, but even if he stays, in my opinion, specialist midfielders must come first. What do you think? Dalziel Kane
A new center forward would be a good purchase, although not imperative. The midfield units as acknowledged, would seem first priority Goalkeeper also is important, although hardly crucial, and Shay Given is available this close season apparently and always a name to be admired if we could bring him in, but that's down to the relevant people at the club. As supporters, we don't get to make the decisions.
Romey 1878
Likely to be the same things said as in the positions that need strengthening thread so you may not get many replies!
Sibdane
Depends on if Fellaini stays. Since he's here now, I voted for striker. Need someone lethal in front of goal to take us to the next level -- a striker who can put in at least 15 goals.
Mirallas
Who on earth would vote for a striker when compared to midfield and defense, with the prospect of Heitinga leaving and Fellaini maybe as well?
BlueBlood81
I think we are crying out for a second striker or "number 10" personally. Someone to supply the ammo. marcus jones, Matt and Sibdane

Avinalaff
Yes, a number 10 is exactly what we need. OK, sorted. What's next? Romey 1878 and Sibdane
Peter H
I voted midfielder because if we can find someone that can shoot from a distance, might get some much needed long distance goals or Jelly might be there on the rebound. Someone that can feed the ball into Jellys feet, I know there is a goalscorer in him. A good passer from midfield might get more out of Jelavic. Then we wont need a new striker. SimonButtle
midfield. We need an Osman type who can do it week in week out, not one week in every three like Ossy does now.
