Palfy
He's floundering and waffling now if you're good enough your old enough, ask Alan Hansen you just need as a manager the balls to do it Lookman turned the game round against Liverpool and his reward back to U23s, that isn'tt nurturing young players that's hurting them. He means week in week out not not at all.

He's had 3 substitute appearances under fat Sam in his two months in charge (excluding the Europa League game where Sam wasn't even present). That seems closer to not at all. markjazzbassist
Popular Post Palfy
We have bought some really good players this and last season in Gylfi, Klaassen, Rooney, Vlasic, Keane, Pickford, Bolasie, Schneiderlin, Lookman and recently Tosun and Walcott, what we have lacked is a manager who knows how to get a group of players that have, and have shown good ability and no how to play as a team, when you look at them names and the handful of good players that were already here we should be playing decent football, it's no use just to keep on buying good players and handing them to managers who don't and can't set out a system that good players revel in, if we get a half decent manager who wants to play passing football we'd see the true talents of the players we've got, until then we will continue to struggle know matter how much money we spend. Quinn31
We need to get 7th. Some way, somehow, even if it's not as great of a 7th as last season, I think there's some pride in being the best of the rest, plus it puts us in a better position for player recruitment in the summer. Leicester could have some negative momentum given this Mahrez saga and Burnley don't look the team they were in the first half of the year. Sibdane
I agree. I think we'll do it just because I don't think Leicester and Burnley have the quality to keep their current positions for the rest of the season. We're not doing too great ourselves as a unit, but we definitely have the player quality.

Paddock
I’m past caring I really am. We’re a joke of a club from top to bottom. Total shambles and I don’t even feel anger, disappointment or even sadness when we lose I’m just numb. Sideliner
Deulefeu had a blinder for Watford against Chelsea. Won them a penalty, scored a great goal and played like a proper midfielder making devastating runs and incisive passes. Why did we ever let him go? Our midfield is non existent at the moment. Maybe Everton must find a manager who knows how to coach a side playing with at least one nr 10.
Bill
Didn't let him go, there was a clause in the contract that allowed them to buy him back at a certain price, we couldn't stop him. Matt and markjazzbassist

Sideliner
OK we did not let him go then. But did we really try and keep or use him? What i am really saying is that he is providing another club with exactly what we need at the moment. We had it but some of us did not realize it. We might have some more of them around. Palfy
If the shite win today there will be 20 points between us and fourth place, with this team and manager that gulf will probably be bigger next season. If we get a new manager in next season and give him another 250M to spend, how many years would it take to make us a team that could challenge for a Champions League place, 4-5 years if we can make up 4-5 points a season or sooner, what do people think. Problem is the top 4 if not the top 6 have £250m more talent in there squads, before they send £200m on 2/3 players in the summer.
