Makis
I saw the question a few minutes ago and honestly, got all correct except Rooney's shirt. I just drew a blank. I thought those questions weren't too hard.

Makis
So, as has been speculated, the asking price is too high.
Lowensda
If its at the reported £225m, that's the expected / going rate for a club of our size and potential. Their business. They can sell it for whatever they want. I don't think its ridiculously priced either. markjazzbassist
Wow some great news. They are interested but not the right time or price. Also other parties are interested and possibly more serious. . Great news! I'm glad bill is getting this sorted before his health declines further. Makis
What was the asking price? Too much for the Kansas City lot. What does it matter what it was exactly?
Shukes
It wasn't just the price though was it. He said they were looking for opportunities... They didn't come over looking to buy us. It was a no go from the start. But as he said there are others interested.
duncanmckenzieismagic
Too much for the Kansas City lot. What does it matter what it was exactly? How do you know the price is too high if you don't know what the price is? Lets say for arguments sake that the reported £225M fee was accurate, do you think that's too high? Matt
I seriously don't know if you are stupid or just trolling? I'm thinking the same with your post to be honest. Romey 1878
The SK guys have said it was too high, so what's not to understand? Although, it just means that it was too high for them, rather than too high in general, which we couldn't know because we don't know what the asking price is. MikeO
The SK guys have said it was too high, so what's not to understand? Actually he said it wasn't the "right" price, he didn't say it was too high. Maybe they're looking for something a bit more expensive . Anyway, found this which I found quite interesting: http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/oct/06/premier-league-takeovers-clubs-not-selling Great article and it makes a lot of sense. If the 225 is correct its 10m off the standard valuation and 17m off transfermarkt I posted. That's not far from a negotiating standpoint and could be bridged fairly easily. I have hope bill will get this done before his health declines further.
MC11
How can they ask for that when we need a new stadium? It's a ridiculous amount with all things considered!
Shukes
Because it's what the club's worth. Same as any seller. You don't sell things for Less than there value. Lowensda
Matt
How can they ask for that when we need a new stadium? It's a ridiculous amount with all things considered! Squad value £150m more or less http://www.transfermarkt.com/fc-everton/startseite/verein/29 Goodison is worth between 7-10m 28.1m profit last year with debt halved from 2013 to 28m with more TV money coming our way. http://www.totalsportek.com/money/premier-league-tv-rights-money-distribution/ Add all that together and subtract a stadium cost, 225m sounds "reasonable" to me Edited October 20, 2015 by Matt markjazzbassist and Lowensda

You realistically think the clubs worth £225m without a new stadium? Bollocks.
