pete0
I can't see Distin entertaining the idea of playing for them, he wouldn't want to play for a Pompey Mark II.
thoward18
Moving away from a sure-fire top half team with European football aspirations in order to move to a team fighting relegation? They must be ready to offer one hell of a paycheck.
Quinn31
Unless he really really wants to live in London or is getting offered a mega-paycheck, why would he leave?

Fearthainn
They can have Heitinga if they offer the right amount of money.

scouse
Yeah as said why would he move off, likelyhood is he will be offered a new deal. Their is rumour of QPR bidding for Lescott to try and force our hand into bidding for him making Distin potentially available.
Bluenose123
I wouldn't like Distin to leave. To me he has been consistent and him and jags work well together. This might just be me but I prefer him in defence to Heitinga, he is strong, quick and is confident when getting the ball. Give him a contract Moyes and let him see out his career at Everton . Avinalaff
We don't need to lose Distin. We just need a bigger squad, and the occasional rotation doesn't do older players any harm.

scouse
Yeah read this think he will sign it, given our policy around 1 year contracts he couldnt have expected more, doubt he needs one last pay day or would drop himself to QPR or Sunderland given how we are doing
Avinalaff
If he keeps fit and playing well, he'll be given one yearly no doubt.
