Zoo
Who won? I edited my post whenever a goal was scored if you want to have a look. Manchester City won 2-1 after the game was 0-0 at half-time.
Lowensda
Went to see the Crewe Alex vs Southend JPT Final on Sunday at Wembley. Good day out. Got tickets for the family and friends enclosure, in the Bobby Moore Premium Seating (with private bar). Sat with the Alex Player's families, it was a hoot. Zoo
The Champions League returns tonight! I think you can get something like 250/1 on Galatasary to win the title considering they are so far behind even at this stage. I'm tipping Dortmund to do the business against Malaga too, it's surprising they got this far to be honest. I don't rate them highly at all... Galatasaray (0) vs. (3) Real Madrid Dortmund (0) vs. (0) Malaga

Zoo
Don't think they will but it would be good to see! (apart from the fact that would mean a team from Germany taking the title).
GoodisonRoad
Yeah i dont think they will, but i would love it to happen! I have so much respect for their philosophy and the club as a whole. Zoo
Dalziel Kane
I lost interest in the champions league once my favorite side went out, but Dortmund or Madrid look likely winners now. Galatasary played Madrid in the 2000/01 competition, Turks won 3 - 2 in Istanbul in the home game, watched it at a bar in Monte Carlo, and seeing that fixture tonight just brough back some memories. Real got through and then eventually, a German club won the tournament outright. Could be a similar picture this year.

MikeO
Malaga owner blames racism for them going out . http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22087218
Zoo
Was just going to post the same, it sounds a bit strange IMO. Maybe racism did go on at the game but the players should be able to get on with it, I don't think you can blame going out of the Champions League on just that. Even if Dortmund are found guilty they'll get a fine at the very worse. I doubt they'll be thrown out of the competition.
Zoo
The Barcelona game is getting interesting. They currently trail 3-2 on aggregate (1-0 on the night) due to a Javier Pastore goal early into the second half. Messi has just come on and Barca are throwing everything they have at scoring, it's really becoming an entertaining spectacle. Edit: Barca through on away goals. Matt
come on Spurs! how are they so high up in the EPL if they play like this. I know theyre missing key players but still. Adebuyor is kak.
MikeO
Basel deserve this....but I kind of hope Spurs get through on pens so they have the extra games.
Matt
Extra games is the main reason I'm supporting them. Basel definitely the better team tho
MikeO
Adebayour . He actually smiled after missing that pen. Wouldn't want him anywhere near my team if I was a Spurs fan, only available striker or not. Matt
c1982
Sad Spurs lost in a way but hopefully that will be mentally draining enough!!! Pity they've got the weekend off! Matt
Steve_E
Basel deserved it. I liked the look of their young Egyptians, Salah in particular, though he already tired towards the end of regulation. Matt
Avinalaff
I would always want an English team to win, so disappointed about last nights results, but maybe it could knock the steam out of Spurs now. I remember ourselves playing badly after our exits. They'll miss the Belgian lad too. Matt
c1982
They'll miss the Belgian lad too. Verthongen's ban only counts for Euro games. Matt
