Paddock
Well that's not good . No it's not is it. We obviously don't know what was said but he stole it on him. The lad watching the security camera knew it was coming so there's clearly more to it.

Lowensda
Video's been removed. Guessing Police are inquiring. Edit: maybe not it wasn't playing for me on the guy's feed but did after you click on it. Edited April 10, 2017 by Lowensda
Romey 1878
It looks like Barkley got up to have a go back, so at least it doesn't seem he was knocked out.
aaron
Obviously a red nose no blue would do that let's hope the police get him. He's obviously known in that bar or club what's also annoying is they laugh at it. Probably reds. If it was Gerrard getting kited I'd probably have a little laugh after it too, don't forget this video is likely to be filmed well after the incident is over and everyone involved is fine. MC11
Should know better than being out in town. Anyone who knows the city knows what it like in certain clubs.
MC11
The most worrying thing is he didn't even see that punch coming when the guys body position was very threatening. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned. This happens to normal lads for no reason on a regular basis in town! What does a premier league footballer expect? Lowensda
Totally agree. He's a professional footballer, a career that has made him a millionaire, he should know better. This isn't an excuse for the nob head that sucker punched him but it's always young English players going out into clubs and getting into trouble. In fairness, they're always going to attract attention, whether that's good or bad. We don't (and probably won't) know what really happened. IF the rumours you mention are true (of him playing around) then that's on him for being a dick, it's not OK to suckerpunch him, whichever way you look at it. The guy who smacked him though, he's in for some deep shit. Public and high profile assault will not get swept under the carpet. c1982
While Barkley's doing this, Lukaku had a cozy night in with Pogba eating cake and watching football! markjazzbassist and MC11

MC11
Let's put them all under lock and chain. FFS the lad is allowed a life. I'd say it's pretty naive of him to go to that club. Full of wrongens and he knows it.
MC11
While Barkley's doing this, Lukaku had a cozy night in with Pogba eating cake and watching football! That's the difference it's no secret that Barkley attracts the wrong people to him. A move down south might do him the world of good! EFC-Paul
Shit house move by the lad who cracks him, see that all the time head down waiting for an unexpected shot Happens all the time so not shocked at all footballers are likely targets due to who they are I just wish he saw it coming

Paddock
not having that no blue would do that they might call him a prick or whatever but not that. It's assault so i hope he gets a couple of years. That was a joke mate.

Hafnia
That's disgusting. Clearly never knew it was coming as he was stood close and in a non aggressive/defensive manner. The lad completely stole one on him. Get him arrested charged and sentenced. Footballers should be able to go out with this sort of shit. The lad will probably be known for being handy - otherwise he will likely need to be. I dare say that sort of thing will not go unpunished. c1982
Fact is there's knobheads wherever you go. Young footballers/celebrities are prime target for these people. It seems Ross was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Lowensda
Apparently the lad that hit him was dealt with later . Expand.... Edit: Separate note, going through Twitter, I didn't realise how many people don't like Ross. Not just Kopites either (funniest tweets still harking on about the Lovren challenge - Let's ignore years and years worth of unpunished horror tackles by kopites) but alot of other club supporters. Am I missing something? Generally speaking, I don't remember any incidents were Ross created bad publicity before? He's not particularly snidey? He's by all accounts, an honest, simple guy. Where's the hate come from? Edited April 10, 2017 by Lowensda
MikeO
Apparently the lad that hit him was dealt with later . Not surprised; he'll probably be dealt with quite a few times, maybe he should consider a move south .
