Lowensda
That boy's had some serious bad luck. Do we know if it was an in-game injury or a training session?

Romey 1878
You're a bit late Louis, I've mentioned this twice already .
Ian C
Lads if his foot is in a cast then it was probably as a result of a bad fall/bad tackle. Long-term injuries are sustained through fluke, not by poor training. If you begin to notice a large number of 3-4 week strains and pulls then you can blame management. Stop knee-jerking. bluemist
Typical......every year its the same story, feel sorry for the lad was expecting him to feature heavily at the start of this season, are we ever going to get our best 11 fit for the start of the season!! Pissed off with that one, especially after coleman! Who's next....? even money Saha does his hammy really round things off!!!
Steve_E
If he's in a cast and out for a few months he might have torn his ankle ligaments. Could be the same injury as Coleman. That can't be Moyes's fault. Also, if we get a lot of strains we should blame Lumsden and Billows, not Moyes. Louis
Create a topic next time Romey! He may have have been injured in the Everton v Everton reserves game the other day - at Goodison apparently but it was not open to the public. The result was 1-1 and the firsthttp://www.toffeetalk.com/index.php?app=core&module=reports&rcom=post&tid=23077&pid=248889&st= team's goal was a penalty from Arteta! I think most of it is as a result of the season we had were every player who touched the ball seemed to go off with a knee injury. You can understand fans being weary of our training process. What happened to our physio? Out of the blue possibly the busiest member of Everton's backroom staff in recent months has gone. A surprisingly short club statement issued today says: 'Everton`s Head of Sports Medicine Mick Rathbone has today left the Club. Manager David Moyes said: "I would like to personally thank Mick for the contribution he has made to Everton since his arrival in 2002. "He has played an important role behind the scenes for the past 8 seasons since joining us from Preston, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the very best." The reasons for his sudden departure are unclear but he has certainly been a vital memeber of the Goodison staff. Lets hope his replacement is half as good.
