Matt
Oscar Pistorius. What's your excuse? Pistorius has no legs, yet he competes at the olympics with the worlds best athletes on the 400 metres. Owen Hargreaves has some great football in him. I believe in the guy. He won't make high demands. He's a great player, even if it's just as a backup for just in case. Im sorry, but I expect that kind of response from my wife, i.e. completely nonsensical! What has a paraplegic athlete running in a circle got to do with Hargreaves?! Are you proposing we cut his legs off and give him the same equipment as Pistorius?! pete0
told ya matt..he's a wum TBF he never tries to hide that he likes to wind people up. Eg. The Ofoe cock-up, that he then admitted, after a few catches, was a hoax.

rubecula
I really mean it when I say I don't rate Hargreaves, never have, never will. Maybe alright for a lower league but not chance he will ever be good enough for us.

Fearthainn
I'm unsure about this one. Good player no doubt but how many games has he played in the last few years? The wages are acceptable and if he does join the staff think he can still be useful, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Barney Tabasco
This one would be the very definition of "In Moyes We Trust".

SimonButtle
not keen myself, rather give Junior a go.
Iamryanstover
This one would be the very definition of "In Moyes We Trust". I completely trust Moyes, but like Mcfadden, and the other American keeper who played for Wolves. They are a waste of money because they offer nothing, and Mcfadden only played 7 games. Those could have gone to one of our young players who otherwise would get nothing.
chicagoblue
McFadden didn't work out, obviously the idea there was to drive up interest and make a quick buck. Hanneman was brought in as cover b/c Moyes, like most on here, don't trust Mucha. In my opinion Hargreaves is a different deal. We're short in DM. Gibbo's injury is the kind that could come back if we rush him back, which we'd tempted to do without cover. Junior isn't ready and we can't play Neville. Hargreaves for next to free has to be a goer. Best case we sign him for a year, he plays well, we sell in January. Worst case we waste 8 months wages on him. duncanmckenzieismagic
I think he might just be worth a gamble on a pay as you play deal, however if its true that Thomas Hitzlesperger has been training at Finch Farm for the past few days then I think that this rumour, much like Hargreaves himself, has no legs Matt
