aaron
Maybe you clearly missed the fact that despite having already witnessed his sitter with his right foot I hadn't posted until someone posted about him scoring a goal with his right foot.... Well sorry to disappoint you but I'm not gonna miss an opportunity to retort am I? No - what pisses you off is the fact that much of what I've replied justifies what I say which goes against your views. I noticed you never took issue until I made my posts.... funny that eh. Fucking hell Haf, calm your tits. The same old same old comment wasn't aimed at just you, it was the general conversation of "roms good!" - "no he's bad!" back and forth. If you honestly think your view of Rom has pissed me off then please, give you're head a wobble, you're not that important chief. I find it honestly hilarious that you cant let a tongue in cheek comment about him scoring with his right foot just slide, or even join in on the joke! If anyone is pissed off, then take a look in the mirror, have a quiet word then come back and join in the fun side of it all. He doesn't play for us anymore, I hope he is as shit as you believe he is! I really do, but join in the fun, remember don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive! It's pretty clear dude. Why would I be annoyed? It was almost poetic how the posts panned out for me. I just need3d to remind you tgat it wasn't me who started them all off again.... aaron

Bailey
Yes!!! The point is lukaku seen that Herrera was the last man to touch it having been where he was to cover the backpass... it wasnt lukakus positioning that was the issue - it was the fact that by going after the ball and touching it made him offside. If he let hererra run into the ball it wouldn't have been offside. Only when lukaku went for the ball was it offside. Completely ridiculous decision. And please don't tell me that lukaku thought kroos touched it last... clear as day it was Herrera. Kroos tried to pass it across herarra- the ball came off at 90 degrees. All lukaku had to do was run at goal and allow Herrera to pass to him. Really not sure how you are even trying to defend him.... id be going spare if an Everton player did that. Not even the man u fans are defending him. Apologies I completely misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you were lambasting him for being in an offside position, not playing the ball. Now it all makes sense! ?

nyblue23
There is that (which was more a tongue in cheek comment) and then there is you with your relentless quest to prove you are correct on everything Lukaku. I honestly thought that when he finally left you'd give up and not give a shit about him anymore. I was wrong.I thought it was a relentless quest to prove he's correct about everything... not just Lukaku.

holystove
By that you mean a thread that had gone quiet was bought back to life by people smugly posting that he had scored a goal with his right foot? I made the post about him scoring with his right foot as a joke. He had just missed an easy one with the same foot and the one he did score was unmissable. In hindsight I should have included an appropriate emoticon.
Paddock
Lukaku will score 30 goals plus in all competition next season- maybe even 40 if they go far in a few cups.

Romey 1878
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40699431 rom1.PNG rom2.PNG So, as it is right now, we've replaced a player that scores more than he's expected to (Lukaku) with a player that is wasteful in front of goal (Rooney). That's fantastic.

Hafnia
He's exactly what United needed , he will fire them to the title this season is my prediction. Seen him play like this on his debut for us - seen him play like this in between games where he does nothing. Don't get me wrong - dream debut for the lad but this west ham team are simply shocking. He will always score goals when defenders don't do their job. He just had a chance there and was left alone for 20 seconds!!!

I've not had a poke at you Haf, I'm not looking to stir the pot so you don't have to jump in like Yosemite Sam every time someone praises him. He is exactly what United were missing and he will fire them to trophies. That's my opinion.

My opinion is that west ham look absolutely shocking. If you think that man United beating them 2-0 at home indicates league winning potential then fair enough. I've seen enough of the lad to know he specialises in putting shite defences to the sword. I stated that he took his header very well - as he did his first chance. I'm well aware of that.... are they gonna rest lukaku in the bigger games then? Cos thats where he offers nothing. I watched ibra dominate top defences from the front - not necessarily scoring but helping them retain the ball etc.

So when Lukaku didn't play well there was no one ese to step up for us, United have lots of players who can and that's why he is the missing piece. Romey 1878
He'll absolutely bang in the goals for them. No doubt in my mind about that. And I fully expect his supposedly poor record against the so called top sides to only get better. Not only due to being surrounded by better players but also just because he'll become a more mature player and learn - in terms of a striker, age-wise he's still a baby with plenty of scope to get better. Henry basically just spent 5 minutes showing us how lukaku lacks in areas. Gave the ball away 18 times. Henry said rashford was the better threat - I agree. The lad is dynamite. Against the better sides lukaku can't do that. As I've said before... he is the perfect rotation striker for a top 4 team.
