Ian C
Who's upgraded and what do they think of it? Just set it up myself and I have to say I love the new taskbar!
Louis
I've ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet.. Ridiculous... £13 for an upgrade disc on the laptop and £29 for the disc on the PC.

What happened to Microsoft being evil and Windows collapsing?

Wall Writer
I've been using the free RC for about a month now. I have to say from the moment I installed it I was impressed. I never liked Vista, and would never install it on any of my machines, however, this version has impressed me. From my point of view, and I'm sure this is the general consensus, it's Windows Vista how Windows Vista should have been. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to blow MS's trumpet here, Vista was a sacaturd but I do like this version. By the way, I've just installed it on my girlfriends MSI Wind, it runs a charm. Install took around 25mins (not inc. apps and updates).

I thought I had paid for it, entering my details and such.. now the company has emailed me again asking me for my order no and email address and card details :|
MikeO
Very impressed. Been using it about a week now and it's a huge improvement on Vista...made me realise just how poor Vista was in fact .

chongli
Perhaps this is a foolish question, but where did Windows 4, 5, and 6 go? I remember Windows 3 in the early 90s. Then there was the 95 series, NT, XP, Vista, . . . ? Are three of those the 4, 5, or 6, or is the name 7 just unrelated?
