Louis
http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/NewsAndFeatures/2009/agents_charges_160909.aspx Des Wroe has also been charged in relation to Jack Rodwell’s first professional contract, signed with Everton FC in 2008. It is alleged that Wroe acted on behalf of Everton FC in the negotiation of that contract, when he had previously entered into a representation contract with Jack Rodwell in 2007.
