Louis
Did anyone see this on BBC1 at 9pm? I thought it was fantastic: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00mq3p1/Lost_Land_of_the_Volcano_Episode_1/
MikeO
Meant to but forgot it was on <_< . I've set the Sky+ for next week and I'll catch tonight's on the iPlayer. Same team who did the Lost Land of the Jaguar I think?
The Beard
Yeah, absolutely amazing but then I am into wildlife and travel programmes so this was like two rolled into one. It amazes me that not only do you ghave to be an expert scientist in your chosen field but an adventurer, climber, abseiler, cameraman, presenter and all round good egg haha. There was a similar series on about three months ago, think that may have been on ITV, and this is just as good. Will be watching Last Chance to See, later this evening. Other similar, excellent series, where you can get the DVD or the book is Bruce Parrys Tribes and Amazon. :thumbsup_still:
Louis
The crabs with no eyes were pretty spooky. I've never heard of the land of the jaguar. Is it any good?
MikeO
Was excellent....same team (as far as I can tell) as Volcano but in Guyana. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/programmes/jaguar/ Not available on iPlayer any more but you could probably find it on one of those naughty file sharing sites. Not that anyone on here would consider any illegal act .
