Louis
Good local names from three of the new signing.. Joe, Billy and John. I'm not too excited over Distin though, not sure why.

CaptainFerguson10
problem is if you want quality players you have to pay...lets just hope he is quality...im convinced we lost naughton over wages and maybe a little extra on the fee...i heard we didnt match spurs offer. We lost Naughton because Sheff United bumped up the price, we never had a chance to speak to the player though it took almost a week to even get to that stage. cols
Billy's fine to play in Europe. I'm excited to see him play for us but I think it's going to be a while because we all know Moyes is cautious and a little too loyal to current players at times. he might use him more than we think. with him having to rest players

MikeO
Can see why he would have left Atlético, even though they're in the Champs League...they're in a mess. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/philminshull/2009/09/atletico_facing_the_abyss_agai.html

CaptainFerguson10
Yeah I read that - wonder how much we could get simao for if they went down? Would he come here though? Wouldn't mind Forlan or Maxi either, but with Everton being broke we can only dream.
james_clarke
quality that vid clip shows the banter in the squad and credit to neville this lad lad could mean he won't find his way back into the team
jofanon
Anyone seen Johnny play? How's he getting on? One or two of the guys here were wetting their pants when we were linked to him. A few people have mentioned he looks slow?
