Louis
So that we can return to the old system of buying a player anytime?
aaron
Yes - in the fact that we would have more time to sign people, no last minute, desperate transfers. No - teams could lose star players at crutial times of a season.
Romey 1878
We'd never sign anyone if there wasn't a transfer window because we seem to need the push of a deadline to make us do anything
dark
Yes - in the fact that we would have more time to sign people, no last minute, desperate transfers. No - teams could lose star players at crutial times of a season. We would also have the problem of teams like Manchester United buying players each week, whenever a player went out of form or got injured he was sold and a new superstar was brought in his place. I do believe that it would have its good sides but at the same time the negative side of things is too bad to revert to the old system. What would be a good idea would be to have the transfer list open all season but limit the amount of signings that one club can make. Ian C
Maybe implement a french 'joker' system?
jamiemaher85
I was going to suggest a smilar thing. You should be allowed 1 transfer out of the transfer window. It would make things alot fairer, it would allow for problems to be solved or long-term injuries covered for, without having to take out useless loans that you would never usually glance at.
