Everton_Worshiper
whats the source for this. potentially good news for us if it is true or bad news - depends which side of the "price bracket" fence you sit
gwladys
whats the source for this. potentially good news for us if it is true http://www.everton.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=113660 and few others, it's on news now a couple of times. Could be good news if the price drops a wee bit more as it doesn't seem that anyone else is vying for his signature.

jamiemaher85
HAHA!! Well if you are willing to pick up the tab i can't see anyone who would have a problem with this!
Romey 1878
If Valencia are wanting shut of him then they're not going to be asking for a high fee IMO, so if we are still interested then I see nothing holding us back. Of course, if he doesn't want to come back here then it's a no go whatever the fee.

J*A*C*K*E*L*Z
looks like he will be in on loan...... AGENNN tbh im glad but think we are just improoving a player for him to fook of back to valencia when he is on top of his game again
gwladys
I can't see him improving, infact he's detiorated if anything since his first loan spell. A loan sounds good to me, give him chance to try and get back to the quality he showed in that first stint of performances and then snap him up in January (if we can). willfazackerley
i would still have him, he's still only 21/22? lots of room for improvement he did show glimpses of his best towards the end of last season, i seem to remember a few passes and free kicks still concerned bout him loosin the ball one to many times but overall he will still be a good addition

jamiemaher85
Would be great if this does finally come of as a full signing not another bloody loan. I still don't really think Setanta is a hugely reliable source though. When we see it on OS or SSN/ BBC i'll start getting excited

Adam
Not sure if this has been posted before but intesting bit at the top of the interview with Nev about Manny extended loan. http://www.premierleague.com/page/Headline...1342118,00.html verton's Phil Neville does not believe the club needs to sign players in order to qualify for the Champions League. The Toffees finished 11 points behind fourth placed Liverpool last season, with fans hoping new faces arrive to help bridge that gap. So far the club have only confirmed the extended loan of Manuel Fernandes for next season, but Neville is not worried.
