Randomness
Saw this on BK when looking for the new kits. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/socc...0167/index.html SANTIAGO, Chile (AP) -Everton won its first Chilean league title in 32 years Tuesday night, beating Colo Colo 3-0 in the second leg of the final behind two goals by Argentine striker Ezequiel Miralles. With Colo Colo's 2-0 first-leg victory, Miralles' second goal with 18 minutes remaining put Everton ahead and gave it the title on a 3-2 aggregate score. The result denied Colo Colo, which has won 27 titles - more than twice as many as its closest rival, a fifth straight crown. Miralles put Everton ahead two minutes into the second half off a cross from Jaime Riveros, who doubled the lead with a goal of his own 15 minutes later from 25 meters. Miralles scored the eventual winner with header, to the delight of the crowd in the neighboring city of Vina del Mar. http://www.evertonchile.cl/ nice song. just think, if there had been a series of miracles we could be playing them in the 2009 World Club Championship final! *sigh*

Josh Berno
Great comeback by the new Chile champions. Shame Everton can't do that as well as them Didn't they get there name after a gang of scouse sailors went over and orgainised a football team named after the best club in Liverpool!
