I wonder which of their mates will have gotten rich from it, because you can bet your arse it will be the case.

Don't think she has the intelligence to throw him under the bus, she'd probably step in front of it first and offer a hand to help him in joining her.

Yep because it’s a complete and utter pisstake of what they are doing.
Rich people don’t really stimulate the economy, they move their money to places where they get income from it, they line each other’s  pockets. Poorer people tend to spend what they earn, pass the money around.

To be pushing trickle down economics at a time like this is gross because they know it doesn't work that way at all. The well-off don't put that money back into the economy etc, they hoard it and make themselves richer. It's the average Joe that does that.
The Conservatives know this though and they don't give a shit. They're doing what they've always done and are a monstrous party, but this version of the party is pushing that further all the time.
I cannot get my head round why the normal person would ever vote for them. Vote for a party that doesn't care about you and will shit on you at the first opportunity. Madness.
They must fall for these intelligent sounding soundbites like 'trickle down economics' despite ample evidence that their policies will not help you, because they're not designed to. They're designed to help a completely different part of society - them.

I agree, not good having players on big money wages who don't play. It's good we are having a ruthless clear out on this front.
Let's see players earn good contracts.
I don't think we will get any sort of fee for Allan, but if he not part of the plans, then no point in paying wages if we can get him of the bill.
Fair does to Allan for going to play in a much lesser league rather than sitting on a bench and enjoying the home comforts.

I'd like to add 6 more 'really's to that statement.
Seen some apologists out there on twitter today talking about the players he brought in, in a positive light (which we can never know for sure who is responsible).  I don't care if the unnamable one could fly... would hope he took those red wings straight into the sun first thing.  Absolutely dreaded watching games during that time and in fact weekends as a whole.

I liked Allan. He had his limitations but he was one of the good guys in a bad bunch. Good luck to him.

His turn around in form in a midfeild position is quite damming of managers who actually struggled to put a decent midfield on to the pitch for many a game over the past few seasons.
Although Lampard might lack a little tactical experience at this current time, he is in no way blinkered and appears to be very adaptable and flexible in what he does. Maybe he actually listens and take on board what his players tell him.

Transfer wise we seem to have been just as good moving expensive bench player out either permanently or on loan.
This squad has a totally different feel to it since summer of 2021. Wage bill wise and player profile wise.
There really is something to build on here.

Let’s just be clear on this…. I’m not outside his house giving him shit, I’m not booing him, I’m not tweeting him.
im discussing his noticeable change in demeanour since the window closed on a forum with fellow Everton fans,  apologies if such views mean it may result in us having to sell a player. But I’m not sure my reputation is high enough to influence that.
Ffs, funny lot our fans the hypocrisy.  We buy the likes of mykolenko, Patterson, Dwight mcneil and fans write them off before giving them a chance.  But as soon as one of our players gets elevated media status  (Pickford, Lukaku, DCL, Gordon) you can’t be critical of their potential to lose their heads up their arses.  I mean let’s face it, when you are 10 years old they are the names the give you bragging rights in the playground

Small fee I imagine £2 - 4 million, he is on high wages so that will help.
Good player but his time here is up, wish him well.
