I believe we need a massive change in direction and attitude if you want to play for this club, and if that means a change dress code in training so be it, personally I'd go a lot further, no dresses or handbags, no her cuts and dyes that make you look like someone's auntie😂

It’s actually a very smart back to basics message to the players along with running them he’s basically stamping down his authority that they have had it easy. 
 
putting shin pads on automatically gets rid of the “take it easy” nonsense. Our players are soft, they never wore shin pads but had woolly gloves, hats. Thermal tights and plenty of laughs.

Thelwell was touting the likes of tadesco according to el bobble. Kenwright was dyche, moshiri was bielsa.  Dyche was on Thelwells list I believe but it seems the only two in the running were the picks of Kramer vs Kramer.

All I know is that he has been awful for us since last summer. Culminated against Wolves for me when he turned the ball down three times in the last 5 mins from Tarks because he couldn’t be arsed to run…. And we conceded I’m the last seconds. 
That was the final straw for me and I am glad we have sold him.
I don’t hate him, he isn’t significant enough for me to hate. But I also admit I would find it hard to suppress a wry smile if it didn’t go to plan for him.

kenwright and co will be fuckin livid.  This goes against their usual smoke and mirrors nonsense…. The appointment of a manager would usually bring the spotlight on their tactics, new signings etc.   nope, straight back onto the shit show, 
Inject it in my veins, the media at last have shifted. The headlock accusation wax the breaking point imo, editors will have been livid about that. 

How different the season would have been if we’d sold Gordon to Chelsea and spent big on a striker.

Seems like a genuine, very knowledgeable guy. Everything he is saying is based on facts and experience, he's realistic and very down to earth. Quite happy to see us switch to a 4-4-2 if its easier for the players to become organised and get used to quickly. 

It's like they're looked at Chelseas attempts and thought "well we know he looks poor, but there must be something if they're involved. Let's beat them to it!"
