KinL reacted to Wiggytop in Sean Dyche
I think goals will come, we had two chances cleared off the line in the space of 2 seconds on first half, a good header saved, Maupay had a nice turn and shot on target in 2nd half, a bit of composure from Doucoure and McNeil late on would have produced goals, whilst it certainly wasn’t comfortable yesterday, I think it will improve under Dyches guidance.

I know what you're saying but he was never going to be a Fat Twat approach, he isn't remotely the same character.
Just hope that once he's got us safe we don't sack him for a fancy name and give him a chance to build. I'm sure he can do pretty and exciting football too.

6 points from 3 games under Dyche, 2 clean sheets and only 2 goals conceded.
I know, I know, don't get carried away. But this squad just isn't as bad as people think it it. I'll keep saying it over and over because that's the reality

It's not fucking fine for my nerves, I feel like I'm dying over and over.
At this point I'm a reanimated corpse and it's only 3 games into it .

And what I've been saying since Ancelotti. They've just been pampered too much and not had any direction.

All here for Coleman telling Gnoto who won their battles at the end of the game. Totally here for it.

Very sad news. The devastation to whole families and communities in not comprehensible. It puts a lots things in to perspective.

KinL reacted to Newty82 in Christian Atsu
Been found under the rubble of his home, sadly.
Terrible thing to happen to all those people.
Things like this always remind me how lucky we are in the UK and why I despise our growing nappy arse culture.

On the basis you are using then you would have no qualms with Russians using a nuclear weapon against Ukraine if they said it would save many more Russian lives, and for Christ sake don't try and convince me the Americans had any concerns about the deaths of Japanese civilians in a conventional war, they fire bombed Tokyo some months earlier killing 40,000 civilians, and the two bombs they dropped weren't aimed at military targets they were dropped in areas of mass civilian populations with minimal military targets. Like I said Politicians making up the facts so they could carry out a heinous crime against humanity, to further their own goals.

Wow! I know we love a topic going off track a bit on TT, but I’ve just read a disagreement about how old and where Napoleon died. In a transfer thread?!
Im opening the wine. 😂

KinL reacted to Hafnia in Anthony Gordon
Claire balding proper giving it his best effort, wonder how long that will last for.
frustrating cos we know how he could potentially be with his pace etc. regardless the lad is a nob and will get in his own way.

KinL reacted to Hoof_It_Nev in Amadou Onana
The way he glides around Odegaard at 2 minutes is brilliant, he stands no chance of catching him up. It's like when you see Bolt running, it almost looks effortless and that he has another gear left. Hope we can keep him fit 🤞

KinL reacted to Cornish Steve in Amadou Onana
Frankly, he hardly put a foot wrong for the entire game. It was a brilliant performance from him.

Thelwell (and Lampard) deserve some credit for bringing this lad in. He is already looking a bargain, great both on and off the pitch.
-
KinL reacted to Palfy in Amadou Onana
I think you should have mentioned Martinez in that as well, he by all accounts helped steer the lad in our direction, by telling Lampard all about his abilities, then telling Onana what a great club we are and that it would be a good move him.
And all this after he was shit on by Moshiri, just proves once you have been touched by Everton the love for the club remains with you forever.

KinL reacted to Matt in Longest Thread! for Everton Discussion
I keep seeing this "weaker squad" all over the place and it's just bullshit. Nothings changed, that's the problem. If anyone quotes Gordon being sold, I'll point to the countless mistakes or not tracking back that lead to lost points and argue were stronger without him.

He won’t go to jail like but it’s great that he’s their problem now.

KinL reacted to Hafnia in Anthony Gordon
Was just about to post this….
everything about the lad after he came back from summer hols stunk. A few of us pointed things out that indicated he thought he was big time.
this lad is a prick of the highest order, he believes he’s above the law. How arrogant can you be? Not our problem indeed, I see a similar trajectory to dele Alli, pennant, David Bentley…. What a prick.
hope he doesn’t do any time cos it will likely sharpen him up and maybe make him realise his potential. As it stands, the bell end looks like he’s above being spoken to.

Are they on the inhaler off-season? I read somewhere they can’t do it constantly
