He looks a real different player to the first 3/4’s of the season. Actually has looks to have a bit of pace but the workload. He will 100% be an Everton fan favourite on this alone. Added some real quality to his play as well.

I’m in the minority but just feel that we’re much better with him (and Tarkowski) in the team. Proper leader - proper shithouse - liability fitness wise but if can help get us over the line we can all move on happily.

I think Dyche needs credit on the way he has managed him back to fitness and not rushed him in, which has been so harmful to his last two seasons, and to DCL himself for keeping his head and motivation.

I don't think we'd be covered in glory, but certainly we'd have another 5-7+ points and be on the lower end of midtable nowhere near the drop. What a season it could've been!
