James Garner looks a player I’m well happy with this signing 

You wouldn't have known he's not a right back or right wing back. He played so well and I can't remember him putting a foot wrong.
I'm taking some credit for him being an Everton player by the way. Soon as he signed his pro deal with United I was constantly saying to his family "tell him to get to Everton". Then repeated it when we kept getting linked with a move for him and it actually sounded as though the interest was real and not just paper talk.
Obviously I'm joking and I had no influence whatsoever but I'm having it anyway .

He is light-years ahead of a lot of players I the league for his mentality. Now he needs experience, to be starting every week (so long as he continues to earn it). A real gem in the making here.

Been getting better with every game. I like what he's about.
Hopefully we'll add some depth to the squad so he can be left to do his graft where he should.

Think he could be our best CM for a long while. 
Really impressed with him

This was the most impressive bit about his performance. When I watched his first few games I was worried about his defensive ability but that show on Sunday was impeccable and he is really shining under Dyche. You probably wont like this comparison, but I see him as a bit like our Ward-Prowse. Really impressive technical ability, a good head on his shoulders and the rest of his all round game is solid.

Depends what we want...time to develop a kid or an instant return in cash?
He's 21. First year in a new country etc. Playing at a club were the fans and board have been openly at war. Lots of uncertainty around.
I think he's done OK and there's more to come.

A big part of our victory yesterday was the fact that their players fancied fronting us up and got in our faces. What played a part was that Mina and tarks were like “fuck off, not today lads”
the solanke incident seemed to knock a bit of go out of them. He got bashed by tarks then chewed by Mina I think. 
 
 

What I love about Tarkowski is that he's always right there in the thick of it. As soon as the whistle blew whilst Solanke was dry humping Pickford he was straight over there, shoved him out of the way and then had a good chuckle as the Bournemouth players tried to get their handbags out. He's a proper shithouse but that's exactly what every team needs, someone who will get right in the thick of it and have everyone's backs. It's early days as he's been with us a year (and has been part of a proper shite season) but he could move towards captain material if he carries on in this ilk.

He's the only outfield player in the league to play every minute.

I'm just fondly remembering him charging in to protect his keeper and chesting that red shite arse wipe well away. The best part about it was the huge smile on his face as he did, he loves a confrontation!

When they had a player down injured, he had his hand around the back of his neck which looked quite intimidating, but it looked as if he was doing a bit of a welfare check, as if to say "are you okay, yeah? stop fucking about and get on with it then". Worth his weight in gold is Tarks.
And I believe he's played every minute this season. Time to find him a partner. Think he is the best CB we've had since Jags.
 

Paul Joyce is reporting that Coleman will be given a new contract.

If true it’s without question merited been excellent 👌 all season, even when injured played a huge role around the squad. 

Definitely deserves to see out the last season at Goodison. 2 great servants to the club.

Proved he is our best full back time and time again. Not at his best recently…. But his average is still a country mile above the rest.
And the way he limped out of the dugout at the final whistle.

I'm so glad that the Grand Old Lady gets to have her last season in the PL.
Now we've got to make sure it's not another season of relegation trouble so we go into our new stadium as a PL club as well.

He has to be given a chance. His mentality fits what the fans want; hard work, gritty and pretty depending on the game, no bullshit talk. 
He needs a chance and we as fans need to be patient.

Staggering to me that they haven't resigned en masse. Do they really believe they can do a job here? Is it just the money they're on? Just like politicians, clinging on, being paid for incompetence. Come on, Moshiri - get rid of them.

I’m expecting many fans pressure to drop too.  The big thing this morning is Stubbs has been on talksport, Joe Thomas has a big hit piece in the echo. 
 
that will hurt them cos it’s not the scruffy little fans that they like to portray us as. 

I think that’s a given. That’s how life’s cunts operate in most walks of life when they fuck up, slope away and hide until they feel it’s safe to climb out of their holes again and test the waters. There are to many action groups to allow this to happen the pain won’t be forgotten until they go. 

They're expecting fan pressure to disappear now (like last season) so they can cling on.
