It’s wonderful to see the English spirit, not ever giving up, but I have to smile at the double standards is commentating. Apparently it’s unsportsmanlike to bowl short balls to the English tail, but that’s exactly what England did to the Australian tail. Yesterday the catch not being called a catch was all about the rules, but today’s stumping was just unsportsmanlike. In the end, these are two talented teams. Strategy and tactics are making the difference. Both teams deserve to be congratulated - but it looks like England will be 2-0 down.

I agree with Toto. Yes it’s boring but RB (or whoever is winning) have just done a better job than everyone else, so it’s up to them to do better not for RB to be brought back to the rest.

The only stadium-related things he should be remembered for is fucking up the King's Dock opportunity due to his own narcissism and then trying to move us to the Kirkby shed. Both of those he very much had something to do with and should be his legacy.

Even a few lines like “The situation around Bill Kenwrights future and the new board members has not yet been resolved, and announcement will be made in due course.” Job done and everyone shuts up for a few days and gives them breathing space to sort it out. 

Im pretty sure the new board members are waiting for Bill to have cleared out. I’m also pretty sure Bill is dragging his heels, of all the people that really need to sign and NDA it’s him, he knows where the money has come from and could be leveraging that info to get a bigger pay off. 

It's the total silence from the club that is the most annoying thing. They put the deadline on themselves (when they didn't need to) so they could, and should, put something out to at least acknowledge the situation instead of just ignoring it.

Shukes, he could have resigned at any point when it became apparent he was being used. He also then didn't have to double down on the lies about the fans by giving that interview.

The south stand roof is now self supporting. There are two roof trusses on the west stand. They are about to start roofing the north stand and, most importantly, we could be 48 hours away from the other mods letting me change the name of this thread!!! 😂
