I'm aware of dear David lol. The GOT itk worshipping was one of my biggest irritations on GOT. I was once wrongly accused of starting a thread that somebody had created having a go at his ego, which I wasn't too chuffed about, as it wasn't hard for an admin to check an ip wasn't mine, but the soft gits had deleted it without checking. Personally I look upon itk's as annoying at best and the LCAB grasp for stardom was particularly cheesy lol.

For me, our midfield is nothing like the strength it once was, either in numbers or class / form. We shouldn't presume we are selling Fellaini just because we want to invest in this area. It is by far our weakest, and by far our priority in my opinion. I would imagine that it will be a hardball deal that could take until late in the window in order to get the guys we want. It is possible that so far we've milked the cheap and cheerful, in order to capture main targets.

Sideliner, I think we differ in opinion a lot, so let's take this opportunity to start afresh mate. My point is that none of us actually watch the young lads unless we particularly follow their games, and even then, we only see a very small amount in which to form opinion. We see their names mentioned, and when our senior lads are faulting, we wonder why the kids don't get played. I'm personally inclined to think a manager knows better than me about what he needs when it comes to using young players, and probably knows better than most, so presuming he isn't deliberately playing poor players and deliberately leaving out good ones, we have to presume that the guys who don't get played are not up to the job. I don't know any manager who wouldn't want to field his strongest team.
