  1. If you own a season ticket, why would you want another? You can only sit in one seat at a time, unless you are 30 stone and 4 foot wide. If they think season ticket holders will buy them for other people, then why not just sell them to other people? If other holders complain, would they rather the club was skint? I can buy a shirt today, and tomorrow it might be in the sale. That's business. Virgin and Sky constantly give better deals to 'new' customers. It's excepted. You're all mad. Every last one of you. Mad, I say.
  2. A bit knee jerky don't you think? We've fallen down the pecking order as teams above us have spent a fortune, and we've lost key players. A few mediocre seasons follow on from our best period of football in 25 years and you want to sack a guy who's only major crime is to have no cash? Moyes isn't the problem, and sacking him isn't the solution. We all think we can do better where picking a team is concerned, but most of us, including you, would have a sharp wake up call if we had to do it for real. He deserves all the time he needs. There are plenty other teams to support if we're that desperate for trophies. It's a game. Moyes is the epitome of everything I like about football, and he's a damn nice guy too.
  3. It's the finger at the end he uses to measure that cracks me up lol.
  4. They'd get more chances at Everton than anywhere else you would have to feel, providing they were good enough. We're only a handful of players away to competing again, but it could be this type of signing we have to opt for for a while.
  5. Talking of Pienaar, this Ronaldo gif gets me laughing hard.
  6. He was once quoted as being the best RB in the country, by the Actim Index.
  7. Yeah, I realised that once I'd submitted, hence the edit. I think it was December 09 against Bate Borisov. I thought he was tremendous that night.
  8. Solitary reserve performance? Edit: I see the first post was 2009 lol.
  9. Good job. I don't think Everton let folk use the badge though, even on Everton fan forums, which is a bit sad. Here's one I did for your lads years ago when a T-shirt maker requested ideas. I remember another bloke did a religious image which was great.
  10. Didn't we used to have a merchandise client software installed on one of the old sites? Like an in-site store? Members buy a mug or cap or shirt etc with our logo on and pay via credit card etc?
  11. Has anybody ever seen a lion in England? I put some food out for the birds once, and when I looked it was gone. Do you think ..............
  12. Hibbert is a very underrated defender. He's one of the best in the Premiership by far in my book, but has always took stick, but rarely praise for his efforts. Credit is due for the guy and the service he has given this club. Top class professional.
  13. Oh oh, a design thread. I'm running for the hills lol. I've done a bit of art for T shirts and sites before, but to be honest I think T-shirts it is an idea that always sounds great at the time, but never comes to much in the long run, as most people aren't as enthusiastic about it when the cookie crumbles. Very few sites make much money from merchandise.
  14. Just remember what I 'could' have done to you lol.
  15. Maybe we need to sweeten him up a bit
  16. Lol, you could have smiled you big puff. Might have some fun with that in Photoshop he he.
  17. All getting a bit hypothetical. Until anything happens it might be best to presume it won't. It's a bit like getting eye contact from a bird in the bar and considering divorcing the wife. You find she only looked at you because she had to choose the ugliest bloke in the bar game, and you go home and make your own tea, before realising giving yourself a blow job is a tuffy.
  18. Aguero only signed for City in July Matt. That's what makes it unworthy of any serious consideration. Same players, same clubs, same awards.
  19. Look mate, you're nothing to me. Stop talking to me like you are important and above me. You're a guy on the Internet, so quit with the victimization lark and grow up. Anybody would think I was under your employment. Who do you think you are to call me a pain in the neck? I'm a father of adult children and professionally educated. How dare you talk down to me like I'm some junior school infant in your class. I asked Louis a question, not you. It's 'his' site, not yours. OK pal ? How on earth were you picked out to moderate a forum? You're nothing but a wannabe bully.
  20. Matt, you can't help yourself can you? There you go again with another personal attack. You know, you've been a real disappointment as a moderator mate. No class at all.
  21. It's as big a farce as the X-factor to be honest Matt. How on earth can some of these players be on a short list ? Rooney, Nani (Man Utd), Luis Suarez (Liverpool) and Sergio Aguero (Man City) are the other England-based players named. Rooney started the season well, but has been shite in recent weeks, so much that I sold him from my fantasy team. Nani has been so hit or miss, that I wondered why I'd bothered signing him, and Aguero might have put a few goals in, but the player who has been head and shoulders the best player in the Premiership is not on the list. For me, that player is David Silva. Silva has been outstanding in every department this year, and deserves recognition far more than some on that list, even if Suarez has been good.
  22. I heard a story once about a cat who was curious.
  23. Not noticed any requests, but did notice there was no mention of either in the forum rules though. http://www.toffeetal...embers-new-old/ Had there been, I'd have refrained from it. Telepathy isn't my strong point unfortunately. Might I suggest rather than 'request' it, which will be hit or miss depending on who reads the request, you take steps to ensure we all know what is, and isn't expected of everybody, by adding it to the rules Matt? That's normally the place members check to see if something is permitted. I don't think that's unreasonable to be fair mate.
  24. Are they illegal? Are they any worse than sharing streams? DVD Flick is a perfectly legit programme also for burning cd's or dvd's. No more illegal than buying a dvd or cd disc. As for kickass torrents ? http://thelandofhack.wordpress.com/2011/03/02/the-top-10-legal-torrent-sites/ The areas are all grey lol.
