If he kicks Heitinga in the heel, and clearly apologises, why the heck do they get a corner, instead of us getting a free kick?

I wish Atkinson would give us something, blind prick.

    Naismith very good today.
  6. I got all 54 whilst blindfolded, handcuffed, and hanging upside down from a Giraffes ball sack singing "Anything you can do I can do better" in the pouring rain with a trumpet up my ass.
  7. I think we are on the verge of becoming one of the top sides, and it would be a shame if our best players left. One or two more good eggs to boost our strength, and Chelsea players might want to start playing 'for us'.
  8. A few of you need to think outside the box a bit more. Retiring Neville from the starting eleven to the bench, with the opportunity to earn his place, while still having an experienced head around the place is surely better than him leaving. We are all hoping to qualify for European football at the end of the season, and if we do, his experience within the squad will be invaluable. Our need for a strong squad is too great to simply ditch senior players, unless we have others to take their place.
  9. Your claim was 'all games' was it not? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18181790 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/15709627

    Why isn't Reading spelt Redding?
  14. Dalz, we beat them on the 2 previous occasions we played them, and head to head, the stats show 8 wins, 7 losses, 9 draws. http://www.11v11.com/teams/england/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Sweden
  15. As much as Ibra had a good night, I've seen him have bad ones too. Sometimes things just go well, and last night was a good example. It is important to remember that the England side playing last night was nothing like the side that would have been playing had it been the final of a tournament. Hart is a good keeper. No keeper is perfect, as it's often a case of guessing correctly, and also working with the other defenders well. I think Hodgsons approach to the job has so far been lacking any difinitive plan, and the amount of players playing in the team under him has been puzzling. Playing for your country should not be about grooming players for the future. It should be about playing the best players, with proven form and reliability, and ensuring they play as a team well. Gradually introducing new faces in a way that does not disturb the momentum. Each year, new players knock on the door, and each year, players lose form, but to tear the whole thing up and start again is asking for trouble.
  16. It might be that if we want that title winning strength in depth, we will have to sell, and hope Moyes can find more talent. The alternative is put ourselves back on the 'attractive clubs to buy' list, by finding success, and hope somebody out there has a liking for the club.
  17. Better 2nd half from Ozzie. I thought Baines had a near perfect game tonight, and was my English motm. Sterling hot and cold, and a bit light weight. Poor goals to give away from the team.
  18. We are not worthy. I got 1 correct with 4:45 to go and gave up with 2 minutes to go after typing in every bond movie I know (about 6 lol) only for none of them to be right, yet they were all there when it showed the answers.
