  1. I can see the vultures out for Moyes head if this goes through, its going to be the final straw for most, we might as well have just kept the Yak

  4. is nearly at the point of a complete conversion to Linux, Windows 7 just does'nt cut it anymore :)

  5. i agree, he's young enough to still have time to improve. finalise his prefered position and how improve his final ball and positioning, he's lucky from that point of view
  6. Let the shite have Donnelly, i keep seeing things that say, another young player in that league Stuart Dallas is the player we should be looking at.
  7. Coleman is too much of a headless chicken at times imo, Moyes seems reluctant to play him at right back, and like you say, he's certainly not good enough long term as a winger, so to sign Clyne would suggest Coleman will be used from the bench in the future, or that horrible story about him going to the shite ends up being true and thats what this is all about

  11. yeah if you look at the original post i made, i mentioned Cahill and Arteta, and tbh i can't have Hibbert, Mucha,Coleman, or Neville the rest have all been excellent i do agree, its just my opinion at the end of the day, you have yours, i have mine
  12. im just trying to look at it logically though, when you have a small squad, it makes sense to buy 2 players rather than spend loads on 1, not that its been a mistake, it has'nt, but it's common sense imo.
  13. I think we all agree that the meeting was a bit of a joke, but both sides were at fault, but Av you must agree that Kenwright and the Board have made some unforgivable errors during their time at the club, i understand why you want to back him and feel he should be given another chance too, but the fact of the matter is recorded or not, Bill came across very bad in that interview and fans as you know are very fickle, and often just hear and read things and go with it, without really doing any research into the facts like most of us on here do, thats what makes TT a better site than the rest. Like Haf says, the club itself is bigger than the chairman or the manager, and its Everton we all like and support, the BU are just a small itch, who will hopefully go away soon.
  14. i think he has, like i said in the above post, its more about how you spend it, if you have a small squad it makes sense to buy 2 players for a smaller price, and £7-8m would get you a decent player, than spend £15m on one, just my thoughts i agree that he has not had big sums, but then who has though
  15. don't know about having him involved in the club, i know people who have played/worked with him in a "music capacity" and said he is a complete arsewipe, and very difficult to work with as he constantly changes his mind about everything every 5 mins.
  16. Sorry, but i just don't buy this, i think the question should be more about how has he spent the money in the best way? eg: take Fellaini, he cost £15m, now for that price we could have had 2 £7-8m players rather than 1 £15m, which would have increased numbers, not much i grant you that, but still 2 players as supposed to 1, and as good as he is, it was a lot to spend on someone of that age for a club like us. Also there is everyones favourite scapegoat Bily, why the hell did Moyes spend £10m on a player who clearly is not a wide man yet was bought to do that job, we can't afford those kind of mistakes, it comes down to either, poor scouting or poor judgment on his part Whilst i agree he has not had BIG money to spend, but then outside of the top 4, what manager has? but he has had money over the years, its more about how he has spent it, but then to his credit, he bought in players like Cahill and Arteta fairly cheap.
  17. I bloody well hope not, im not completely against selling Rodwell, but to replace him with someone who has played 3 games in a year, thats a BIG nooooooooooooooooo from me
  18. Moyes has had money, this argument is so tiresome now.
  19. I guess they probably could, they can do it with players, so why not the manager
  20. IF it's true and thats a big IF, then things could get very interesting, thats a big job in terms of spanish football, and lets face it, we are going nowhere fast, Moyes would look quite unambitious(career wise) if he rejected a formal offer for a team like Athletico imo.
  21. Since a few days ago when i made a post on the BU fb page telling them basically that they needed to bash their heads together and grow up a bit (i think you can imagine the respones i got from it, and the post was removed after about 1/2 hr) i have got talking to a very nice gentleman who has been going to the game for 40 years and is in his 60's now. He is the father of one of the 4 who went to visit Blue Bill in the infamous meeting in London, and he was telling me that what came out from it, is only the tip of the iceberg, and his son WON'T tell him the full content of the meeting as he say's "dad it will break your heart if you knew" what came out in the transcript is like 10% of what was talked about. Now ive only been talking to this guy for a few days, but he's not some young scally on the protests and that, he's a 63 year old bloke who does not actually approve of them, and thinks there are better ways of doing it, even though his son is right in the middle of it all. im interested to see what more i can get out of him and if i can get contact with his son tbh.
  22. I have been saying this for weeks now, we need to start in midfield, then get a striker.
  23. you would say the same thing if you saw her, and tbh she is only 10 years older than me lol
  24. Seriously? they have about as much chance of winning the title as i do of hooking up with the MILF that lives at the end of my street lol
