  1. Thats quite true, i think they did in the end, i still think Moyes has had a part to play in it all, and of course there is the board members Earl and Woods, i don't think we will ever find the truth out tbh
  2. I agree, when this rumour first showed it's ugly head in the summer i was horrified tbh, and it's one of those that seems to keep coming back every now and again, it really would be a wasted signing, i really don't see what Gibson would offer us. glad to see this even if it is in the Daily fail
  3. left out the bit about, Fortress sports fund, and NTL and a few other things, but a good article nevertheless
  4. This is half the problem, we don't know what we can afford
  5. sure of course it is, but everything revolves around money these days sadly
  6. I would always take him over Coleman though, im really not a Coleman fan tbh, i think Seamus is a bit "too raw" for the premiership, i really just don't see were its going with him, he is clearly not a midfielder, but Moyes is reluctant to play him at RB.
  7. he can't pass the ball 6 yards across the ground Matt, he only has one thing in his locker which is to hoof it, and at the top level it's just not enough imo, occasionally you get a half decent cross out of him
  8. ...................Vellios...................... .................Donovan.................... Gueye...Felli...Rodwell...Drenthe . Baines...Distin...Heitinga......???.. ..................Howard.................... Im desperate for us to sign a new RB tbh, Hibbert's crap and Coleman is a bit of a headless chicken imo.
  9. Based on the squad situation at the moment, you would have to question Moyes slightly if he was'nt looking to strengthen, we are long past being down to the bare bones
  10. that would be the obvious answer, but as was pointed out last night, the BU want answers, but think Blue Bill is a liar, so whats the point
  11. probably because they are paying one of them thousands of pounds every week so don't have much choice, it wold cost millions to cancel Suarez contract
  12. http://www.theblueunion.com/news/a-statement-from-the-blue-union trying to say it was'nt them now.......
  13. No chance! Ba is probably going to be the hottest property in the league at the moment, this is our mythical pot of money from the end of the rainbow again.

    Tamworth

just reading that the Tamworth fans spent the game shouting "your just a shit Gary Neville" at Phil lol, id have thought "your just shit" would have been more appropriate tbh
  15. Sorry to rain on your parade marco, got this from the OS just a moment ago 'Young players like Ross Barkley, Magaye Gueye, Apostolos Vellios and Conor McAleny will hope for a chance to shine, while Victor Anichebe and James McFadden could both gain valuable match fitness'.
  16. Shock horror, it said on the radio that spurs are after him now
  17. I agree with you Av, it will be loans at best, but the problem is Blue Bill came out at the height of the BU affair and stated that there was going to be money for Moyes in the winter window (now) so to suddenly change he is going to basically prove himself to be a liar and with whats gone on this season, i hardly see how the guy can continue to show his face around the club, we will know on Jan 31st....
  18. Thing is though, that's exactly what we are now, more so than ever a hoofball side, so is it a case of we are going backwards because other teams have figured us out, and due to the limitations in numbers, Moyes has maybe run out of ideas with what we have?

    Tamworth

Seriously, they must be distant cousins or something, sounds like it could be candidate for worst match of the century
  20. just an excuse for him to start with Neville again,
  21. SimonButtle

    Tamworth

Barkley never plays, how the hell is he injured, ive said for years now, there is something fundamentally wrong with the way we train as a club, the injury record we have is shocking, and it's every season as well
  22. finally joined the ipod generation today :)

  23. Tbh the only good thing to come from last night, is that it might force his hands as far as some of the youngsters are concerned, hopefully
  24. If you believe Moyes, then Jags is player of the season so far, this is what we are dealing with at the moment.
  25. I will help you mate, sad to see a great idol falling like he is. I really don't know what to say after that, there is so much but im not sure where to start tbh, It was good to see 2 up front finally but if they are going to get no service and just run in front of each other all the time then it's pointless, and Saha should not be starting, he has got to that point were he is just tripping over the ball every time he is in a shooting position, but to start with Neville and Heitinga against Bolton who are bottom of the league. That is just breeding negativity to the players and fans, and i have no idea what Moyes's thinking was with it, Osman wasted out on the left then got injured eventually. Also Rodwell, who made that decision, because it was a fucking stupid one, and if it was the physio or Moyes then either needs a kick up the arse, because clearly he was'nt fit, and im starting to think we should cash in with him, as he clearly is injury prone. If Phil Neville ever starts another game for the club then Moyes needs his head reading, the guy is useless and whilst he may be good in the dressing room he is crap on the pitch and he is costing us games at times with his multitude of misplaced passes and he is often joined in that club with Hibbert who seems to only have the long pass in his collection, passing over 6 yards seems to be too difficult for him What gets me the most about last night is that looking at the conditions why would you play hoofball in that? you have to play along the ground and try to keep control, and thats down to Moyes and the players, you can't blame Blue Bill for that, time for Moyes and the Players to stand up and be counted.
