  1. don't know, Jelavic has hardly touched the ball all evening
  2. me too, how much on a Jerome hat trick, he looks pumped up.
  3. I know, WTF was that, errors from the pair of them, morons
  4. Would rather see Barkley ahead of Vic, but other than that it should be enough to beat Stoke, 3-1
  5. Fellaini, Baines, Jags, Barkley, take your pick, sorry to be a doom monger but this summer really does scare the shit out of me.
  6. Id like us to look at the free transfer market, there are a few bargains to be had this summer, and then use any money towards one really good player like Adam Johnson or such like.
  7. The manner in which Arteta and Beckford were sold suggests we are a selling club
  8. Only in Italy could a bunch of Nazi thugs manage to stop a game and demand shirts off the players back only to be told to STFU by another player with mafioso heritage, crazy shit
  9. Well id take Barnetta in a flash especially on a free, Montolivo, and Clyne Id like us to look at Ola Toivonen(PSV) also, i think he would be a good signing and Jimmy Briand(Lyon)
  10. Ive been doing some research and he seems the real deal to me.
  11. The more i see of that Hamouma, he looks worth a punt, he looks like the ideal person to sit behind Jelavic and link the play from the midfield
  12. Indeed, i can't be doing with another slow starting season again.
  13. Have you seen the film Harry Brown Dalziel?
  14. This guys name sounds familiar and in a good way, going to do some quick research. Good vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqYRZ6K7Gng
  15. Yes, but the United business model means that they manage their debt and can still be able to spend big money on players, we have season after season of going into transfer windows struggling to compete in the market, if our board got their act together we would'nt need to sell our players all the time would we.
  16. Of course it would be but what im saying is that we may not have a choice in the matter.
  17. We do need signings, Pienaar for one, backup for Baines, a right winger and someone to play with Jelavic as Cahill is clearly past his best. Also its not about selling our best players, sometimes we don't have a choice due to the off-feild situation we find ourselves in.
  18. Seriously, who is going to buy Rodwell, he is out injured with the same injury he has had before with no idea of a return date, and he is what 23,24 that does bode for a succesful career outlook, we would be lucky to get £5m for him
  19. Had a bit of a 'Matt moment' yesterday, me and a friend were in Birmingham, some people in the street dressed in human bunny costumes doing some arty farty dance crap, then me an my mate stood in absolute awe as one of them took off her mask, then procceeded to shake her hair down like something off a hair advert and christ, i hav'nt seen such a fine female for a long time, so we gave them £10 for their efforts and spent the journey back to sussex talking about 'The girl in the bunny costume' well that was until we ran out of petrol an hour from home
  20. The Carroll thing only happened because he is an english player though, he is a £12-15m player at the very most, and Modric is never ever a £40m player i don't honestly think he is a £20m player,Spurs just did'nt want to sell to Chelsea, thats all that was about. i think a fee of £30m or more is plenty for Fellaini, thats £10m to the bank and £20m+ on new blood, thing is Zoo, if the clubs finnaces are THAT bad, then we have to be logical about it, it's a business at the end of the day, and as much as we all want investment Bill looks like he's in it for the long haul
  21. The concern for the moment should be that there does'nt seem to be any deal for Pienaar lined up. We need to keep him, his impact is obvious on things, if he ends up at a rival team like a Newcastle then we are going to look paticularly stupid.
  22. I knew about the Fellaini rumour but i would'nt want us to let him go for £22m, id say £30m+ at least
  23. the site has 'warning cannot modify header information' across the top of the page at the moment.
  24. I actually think we should do a Newcastle, even if it means we go down for a season. Kenwright and co don't seem to be going anywhere so lets just get used to it. Sell the crown jewels, Baines,Fellaini,Jags,Rodwell,Barkley even Heitinga. That should surely be enough to pay back any money we owe to the banks, if we owe more than that then we are in shit street and its just more lies the fans have been told. Milk whatever marketing oppertunity we can get, naming the stadium all that crap, sponsors on the players arses, anything. We build a team around our young players coming through, if we go down then so be it, more chance for the youngsters to get used to things. Then most of all, lets get our scouting network going even further than it does now and make it one to be jealous of. Mike Ashley may be disliked by a lot of the barcode fans, but give him his dues, he is a shrewd businessman and in the space of a few years he has got a team who were in a bit of a state and relegated and turned them into a Champions league team(well almost) without spending huge amounts of cash doing it.
  25. If thats the case then why does nobody seems to want to do business with him then, or is it just that he wants a high asking price and unrealistic conditions that people won't meet, i completely understand what your saying marco, but there are aspects of our club and it's ownership that simply just do not make sense.
