  2. Jonny has been our outstanding player, he's had a run at the back and shown he is immense and way above Distin and Jags in terms of ability if Moyes is even considering let alone does sell him, he can follow Jonny out of the door imo, you just don't sell players like that. If it's about money then there are others who can go before him, IF it's a football decision then Moyes is just a negative twat, and i for one do not want another year of it let alone ten years, so he can just do one as far as im concerned, nervous times ahead.
  3. It was their first time in the champions league, are they not allowed 1 season of testing the water so to speak? what about seasoned campaigners like United and Barca who flopped, Man U could'nt even get anywhere in the bloody UEFA cup. Also Mancini did ok when he as at Inter, and the whole money thing was started by Chelsea people seem to forget that and just want to have a go at Man City because it's flavour of the month.
  4. first off Drenthe did a lot more than not just turn up for training, it happened multiple times, and his whole ethos was starting to piss people at the club off, it was doomed along time ago, i was only trying to say to Zoo that it's not easy to being a manager even with all that money. 6 months or not it happened in the middle of the game, and it was dealt with and Mancini spoke to the media about the subject, Moyes just throws a wobbly when asked about Drenthe because he knows he fucked up there. Drenthe is more comparable with Ballotelli and Mancini has handled him fairly, It was all about managment skills mate, im not having a go at Drenthe, also the city fans did kick off when the Tevez thing happened so your not making sense there.
  5. I think in an Allardyce esq Bolton team he would do quite well.
  6. Go, Tigre want something like £5m for him, out of our price range.
  7. Sorry but i just think thats insane, i have no idea where your coming from with all this anti Man City stuff, so we shall agree to disagree
  8. Pienaar, if we have to sell to get him then so be it, but we HAVE to sign him.
  9. Ok so your saying all that stuff with Tevez and Ballotelli is all easy stuff to handle, and managing that many big ego's is an easy job? What about Moyes and Drenthe? not such a great job there was it, as much as i don't like the guy, he offered us something we had never seen and we needed him in the squad.
  10. Whats Moyes won in that 10 years though and not all the players were signed by Mancini
  11. Yeah it's been a weird old season, the way we played today, if we played like that all season, we would'nt be challenging for Europe, we would be challenging for the title! frustrating being an Evertonian. At the same time the downfall of the shite has been fun to watch, especially as it's under Kenny. Im actually glad that Man City have won the league, Ballotelli is class, we need people like him in the game, Aguero is amazing, Toure makes Fellaini look like a midget, and Silva is the type of player i hoped Arteta would become, The thoughts that must be running through Taggarts head at the moment, but then i don't think they are as strong anymore, they are over reliant on Rooney, Rio has seen better days, Fabio is crap, and Evra is not much better, it got so bad they had to call old man Scholes back, but im sure they will strengthen in the summer(hopefully not with Baines or Fellaini) Down at the bottom it got intense, although Blackburn are a stupid team and deserved to go down, i think Wolves made a catastrophic mistake in sacking big Mick. I feel sorry for Bolton, they have some good players although they have missed Holden and Lee their two main players for the whole season with injuries. Wigan escaped again but i think Martinez may go to Villa, i kinda hoped Villa would go down tbh. Other notable mentions, the 3 promoted teams have all stayed up and 2 have done very well, Swansea have showed the whole league that you don't need bucket loads of cash to play good football. Spurs have done well to get in the Champions league again, they play some nice football and it would be good to see another team in the CL representing the Premier League. It's been a good season, so lets hope for a few new faces and a good start to the next one and we will be right up there.
  12. Id hope so. Cahill is a bench player next season imo
  13. imagine if we played like this all season
  14. not that its of any great relevance but it just said on the radio whilst giving the team news, Skrtel would'nt be playing and won't be an LFC player next season?

  16. It's going to be down even more next season if something does'nt change soon, it's a MASSIVE summer for us imo.
  17. We cannot go through another season of Cahill upfront, he is a bench player next season imo, and it looks like Fellaini might go, so we will need someone, Dempsey is the ideal player.
  18. Yeah he's vital, we just look a different team with him playing, if Rodwell can ever get fit and show the form we know he can do, then he could partner Gibson, and have Diame as backup, and then look to use the rest of the Fellaini money towards a partner for Jelavic(obviously some of the cash would no doubt find it's way to the paying the bank) but the rest can be used towards a good linkup man for Jely, Dempsey would fit into Cahill's role perfectly, id love to see him, but i just don't see it happening, i don't mind Fletcher at Wolves i think he could play in that role, possibly even Defoe, we will await and see.
  19. We have played quit well the last few months showing what we are capable of when we get down to it, and i think it will all come down to the summer window and what happens with regards to in/outs. It's going to be a massive summer for us imo. Also getting a decent start to next season now we have Jelavic will make a huge difference.
  20. I agree, i have new medication now and it's made a huge difference to my life(hasn't got me a job yet though ) but i still have the odd moment of madness, its one of those things, you have to learn to manage it, ive noticed a marked improvement in my behaviour/mood (i sound like a naughty child) but still have room for improvement in some areas, and your doing the best thing in getting therapy mate, and it sounds like you have a decent therapist which always helps.
  21. Ahh i know exactly how you feel mate, it's not a fun way to live life, you just got to find a comfort zone, but it's not easy i can relate to your troubles.
  22. I think he's just a miserable bastard anyway
  23. Me neither, he seems more than happy to go along with it most of the time, when do you ever hear him say anything bad about Bill and his cronies, i read something this morning(possibly yesterday?) with Moyes singing Blue Bill's praises. http://www.nsno.co.uk/everton-news/2012/05/moyes-pays-tribute-to-kenwright/
