i think it's just coz i watched the arsenal game last night so just seeing 5 passes strung together in the one move is like gold dust to us blues fans. i just want to see some decent footy from us, we can do it, i just don't know why we don't.
  2. what do you expect Louis, their not goalkeepers although i have heard that Chrisantus is supposed to be a good young forward, i think the shite are interested in him.

Looks like Vaughan might be fit so that's got to be a good thing, i just can't understand how some people are happy with things at the moment, their obviously easily pleased, playing a whole game and hitting 1 shot on target will not get us into top six positions. we are on relegation form at the moment.

we were shite at the weekend, 1 shot on target 4 off and 37% possesion is awful reading, giving their all, got two of them sent off aswell and we relied on the ref to get us a pen to just to get a draw. we don't deserve to be in the premier league based on the way we play imo. if your happy with those sort of perfomances then fine. i'm not though, i expect alot more considering the money he's spent on yak, jags, baines and the best one is pienaar who cost nothing!!

well the players don't look like there playing with much confidence, and alot of fans are not happy with the way things are at the moment.
  6. Just watched the arsenal game, fuckin amazing it was. just to see five passes strung together in the one move, why can't we play like that? i am dreaming i know.
  7. theres no point changing tactics, the problems are with team mentality. players are of such a varied level in our squad, some are top class like arteta, others like hibbert, osman are championship players at best. They go out and are told to sit tight keep hold and try to nick the odd goal on the break(not the way to play imo) which is very boring to watch, and you need the right players to make it work anyway(which we don't have) i look at a player like yobo, when he came to the club he used to take his time and pass the ball across the ground, now he has joined the neville/stubbs/hibbert fan club and will just hoof it away. what i'm trying to say(i think) is that whats the point in changing the tactics when we can't even play with the one we use at the moment, we really are shite at the moment imo.
  8. there is one bit of bad news that I have heard hope it's not true that Steven flecher will got to Everton or Sunderland for £2 million. My cousin works for Everton and on the last day at bellfield he saw J. Hoyte there and also saw K. nolan there aswell, both were talking to Moyes and he over heard Moyes saying that they will definitely sign in januay 4 bout £9 million for both of them, Moyes is also looking for a swap deal to happen between Andy Johnson and Dean Ashton, we might end up paying the Hammers bout 3–5 million Everton and a number of other Premiership teams are currently watching Kenwyne Jones who has impressed this season with Sunderland expect clubs to offer £8 million and over.
  9. Hoping now that the weekends events have led moyes to see that both hibbert and neville are a liability on their own and especially in the team together. as much as i can see why neville did what he did, our captain should'nt be deliberatly getting himself sent off for the next three games, even if it is for the team. as for hibbert, if he'd just headed the initial ball there would have been no chase,no dive,no pen, no card. the positives i think are that jags now gets a chance to makes the rightback spot his own, he looks uncomfortable in midfield, if he shows what he can do, then hopefully the closest the other two get to the team in the future is warming the bench.
  10. yeh, out of position for me, he should get a chance to claim the rightback spot now though.

we need to win it, so we can get a bit of confidence back in the players and supporters.
  12. How did jags look? benitez has been on the radio saying he took gerrard off coz he was playing with no brain.
  13. ahh, good old phil, seriously though sounds like the ref had a shocker. two suspensions to look forward too now. just a quick thought, the two who will be out hibbo and nev are our 2 main hoofball culprits, this might mean the ball might stay on the ground for a couple of games.
  14. They said that hibbert had pulled gerrard down for no reason, when he could have tackled him. sorry if i have offended anyone.
  15. i'm listening on the radio, so i can't tell.
  16. HIBBERT you fuckin wanker!!! 1-1
  17. Yeh, my sister has lived over there for years. i went over to work for a friend of hers, learnt how to grow weed dutch style, after that i was working in a few coffeeshops then i got sick of all the annoying yanks who think they are all experts on weed/growing when they all just talk shite, and came back to the uk. the dam is alright in small doses.
  18. GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL 1-0!! COYB
  19. thats an incredibly negative lineup for a derby, i wonder what moyes reason for dropping pienarr, baines, i just don't understand it myself, strange one.
  20. yeh, i agree with others this would be a stupid defence to put out. can you imagine what stubbs would be like against torres/vorronin for pace we need lescott and yobo and if they can't learn to play together one of them might aswell go(probably yobo as lescott is overall the better of the two imo) you have left out baines, who has probably looked our best player so far this season, and neville needs to be at rightback otherwise it will just be hoofball for 90mins.
  21. the sum of £14m was being thrown round for huntelaar during the summer, but nobody took him, they reckon he'll go to chelski now coz of that ten cate bloke.
  22. Ezquerro is listed as a striker on Barcas website
  23. bloke from Wolves Kightly (i think)? he's left sided i think? anyone know? what happened to that bloke from QPR Lee Cook? linked with him wer'nt we.
  24. when i used to go and watch Ajax, he did play in the centre sometimes, often behind the strikers 'in the hole' so to speak. he has'nt got Artetas build or strength, so he's always going to get knocked off the ball easy, he's not a better player, but long-term i reckon he'll be more consistent than Arteta, he's certanly better than Osman/VDM/Gravesen so for the price we have to bring him in on a long-term deal.
