problem is we over-hype players in this country so much, so players like Downing and Young, are all of a sudden world class within a season, then you watch them the next season and you see that they are actually pretty average players.

agreed, also we need someone with abit of strength up there, and movement, we don't need another small striker, neither Cahill or Saha are the biggest, and Beckford does get knocked off the ball sometimes quite easy, even Victor has the power but no skills and he is not the tallest either, Owen would be a complete waste of time i reckon, there was something yesterday somewhere about Bothroyd from Cardiff on a free, more the sort of player, but i have no idea how good he is

wathcing the manure vs blackpool, im not sure about Adam, but what about that Baptiste at the back for blackpool? he looked really decent, was getting stuck in loads and can pass it, can't imagine he would cost loads either

tbh, im so lost with evertons finances these days, i have given up trying to work it out, one minute we owe loads, then its not as much as everyone thinks, but then moyes will come out moaning about no money, past caring now about money side of things, and it won't change whilst Kenwright is in charge, because under him we are always going to be juggling everything,because he does'nt really have the money to run the club.

i do agree with you Matt, Ashley Young is one of the most hyped up players ive seen in a long time, i really don't see what all the fuss is about with him, think Downing is a better player than Young or Milner

i would like to see Blackburn and Wigan go down Blackburn i have never liked them, they had one succesful season and think they are the dogs bollox Wigan, well they just don't deserve to be a top flight club whatsoever, although, Martinez does try to play the game the right way, in an attacking form i do so hope Blackpool stay up, it would be a shame if they went down

fully agree, we would have to seriously change the way we play to fit him in, and im not sure Moyes can/would do that, Defoe is also abit of a whinger at times
