Absolute no to Bielsa. He is too stubborn/theoretical and if his concepts don't translate over, his teams go tits up. Also, his style is too distinct to build around because any manager we appoint after him would have to have a similar style to have a chance of success. He didn't get a full preseason is and is probably still trying to get up to full match fitness. Barkley has played 180 matches for Everton. I think the problem with Barkley lies in his decision making, not his technical ability. Will that improve or is he just never going to be able to make those key decision of pass vs shoot vs dribble? Believe me, I want to see Barkley come back and fight for the shirt. We are missing his creative spark, even if he can be quite wasteful.
