  1. I unfortunately have to agree there, 3mill for someone who is nearly always injured is too good to turn down. Would be sorry to see him go though, i thought he couldve been huge here...
  2. errr.... whoops! apologies one and all...
  3. I shattered my hip socket whilst playin when i was 16 and there was lost of muscle damage then. They told me the same thing for year after year: Physio and patience. Same with the other 23 bones ive broken. I imagine they would say the same in your situation...
  4. i found this site very helpful and interesting when i was looking up the past kits: http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Everton/Everton.htm gives you a damn good history at the bottom too (no though mention of TT!)...
  5. i still wouldnt sell him for that much...
  6. just an observation here: Jo (Striker)= 15 appearences (9 as sub) 1 Goal Gosling (midfield)= 9 appearences (2 as sub) 2 Goals. even Goose has a better strike ratio at the moment....
  7. im going with the detective was the killer. before i look further down...
  8. any link for it dude? or any idea whats happened and for how long? im hoping its just exhaustion.... to be fair to the new born giraffe, Crouch has a good record for England. As for them not watching matches, could be that or could also be that theyve got no other choice!
  9. hear hear! or is it here here.... either way, get him signed....
  10. i hope youve got a strong heart and plenty of patience mate...
  11. i hope this isnt going to jinx Ossie, Nev and Stevie P! last time "things were looking up" a week later theyre crock again!

i know what you mean, but there is a chance Pienaar, Neville and Ossie will be back to bolster the squad and hopefully Saha will have rested and got rid of this injury. Plus, one of the reasons behind our crap performances i reckon is because its the same 11 playing week in, week out and the break will give them a chance to rest. If we have Saha fit, Pienaar giving us some creativity and Nev back diciplining the team, we could make an upset... Romey is spot on too, but like i say, if we get these players back i can see us working together better. Having some creativity and experience (Pienaar and Neville) in the midfield will hopefully limit the amount of times the ball gets back to the defence which should result in less hoofing of the ball. if Baines and Pienaar can get their game together, we have a good attacking left field which has done wonders for us in the recent past. Plus, Ferdinand might just be back from his 'injury' and im not sure if Vidic is back from his suspension by then, so there is a chance they will field a weakened midfield. anyway, there is reason for optimism so im goin with that for now. might reasses my views closer to the game, but im bored at the moment and this has given me something to think about!
  13. http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php seems to be quite good. I didnt post this in another thread, but so it doesnt get lost. im going with 1-1, believe it or not. After a 12 days gap without a game (when was the last time that happened?!) we could have players back, certainly a team rested. Utd will have had players on international duty which will help us (a little at least) and theyve not got the diving nancy who has been the main threat to us in recent years. Saha and Neville back against their clubs, with points to prove no doubt and possibly Stevie P: http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php Anyway, 1-1. Why not...
  15. i hope Saha is ok, our only threat on goal at the moment. Im looking forward to him playing with a creative player too, watchin the goals go flying in!
  16. im waiting for his own goal in front of the Gwladys Street end in January in the last minute to give us the win and take us above Citeh....
  17. http://www.snorgtees.com/ quite funny for the most part...
  18. yes i remember. And no, ee wasnt wurth eet... wasnt that the period with Walter Smith decided that all the old, well past it superstars would be good together in a team? Gazza, Hughes in there too? dark, dark days....

fair enough i suppose. but at least he has a bit of strength and can put a reasonable cross in... wait, let me just get the JCB to help me dig this hole...
  20. oh god, i'd forgotten about half of them, cringing at the memories. Can we chuck in Alexanderson? never liked him, but that mightve been down to my sisters obsession...

i just read that Hibbo started life as a midfielder? in that case, can we not drop Gosling, put Neill in RB and push Tony up a bit? just a thought. im bored...
  22. scored again at the weekend to save Motherwell a point. 4 in 9 games now. not to shabby eh? true its in the SPL but got to be good for the lad...
  23. im goin for Johnny, very strong, kept up the chase and good passing. Howard also, again, kept us in it but Johnny pipped him in my eyes. Just one question, Hibbert scored, do we still riot?
